Yashat Topiwala

Hi, I’m Yashat. I’ve been living in Melbourne for over three years and recently completed my Master’s in Civil Engineering at Monash. I’m currently working while looking for a role in my field.

I’m someone who really values a clean home, especially shared spaces like the kitchen and living areas. I’m organized, respectful, and believe a house works best when everyone does their bit and communicates openly.

Outside of work, I enjoy going for runs, listening to music, and playing badminton over the weekend. I also love social gatherings and catching up with people, and I enjoy hosting a relaxed dinner maybe once a month, just good food and conversation. At the same time, I respect boundaries and personal space and expect the same in return.

I’m a big footy and F1 fan, easy to get along with, and reliable with rent and bills. I’m looking for a long-term place that feels like a home rather than a hostel, somewhere comfortable, social, and well-looked after.
