Hi! I am an easy going part time student looking for a home to be a part of while I finish off my uni degree. I'm studying teaching at Deakin and keep to myself most of the time but love a good chat too! I love quiet nights in with a good movie and I'm super into live music and try to go to concerts as much as I can. I know I'm young which can be a bit of a red flag for some people but I'm really looking for a mature, stable household with peaceful housemates rather than a party house. I'm a tidy person by nature and very considerate of other people, especially the ones I live with. I'm always reliable and on time when it comes to paying bills and rent so there'll never be any issues with that kind of stuff. I'm also looking for LGBTQ+ friendly housing so please keep that in mind. I'm more than happy to pay one months rent in advance as well as bond if needed and if the house is in need of a new fridge/washing machine/microwave/etc I'd be happy to buy a new one when I move in. Hoping to hear from you soon and good luck with your search!
Hi, my name is Julian. I work full time with Olinda Springs in Rowville (mon-fri) and on weekends I work from home with the hotels I have in Florence Italy. I moved from florence 5 years ago and live here for good now. Looks like all I do is work but in fact it's not, I play soccer every week, go to the gym at least 3 times a week, like to explore the city, new places, cafe, reastaurants, wineries, hotsprings etc.. I like to do some trips during the year like Byron Bay especially, and overseas for a month, mainly Florence every year as my whole Family lives there. I am a very entreprenour minded person and obsessed with trying to improve all the time, I have finished two Universities of Architecture, one in Izmir Turkey and one in Florence Italy and recently finished a Real Estate Course here in Melbourne. Super easy to get along with, experienced in living with others and I believe theres something to learn from everyone so definitely enjoy interesting coversations over a glass of wine, coffee, lunch, dinner whatever and wherever. I am a father of two beautiful girls 4.5 and 2.5 yo, they mean the world to me but at the moment they live with their mother in Byron Bay (if you think I hate my ex-wife, you're wrong) and the reason I travel there often is to see and spend some time with my beautiful daughters. Looking forward to meet and team up with like-minded people and hope that a healthy togetherness will bring some power. Cheers, Julian
Hi there! I'm looking for a quiet and relaxed household to make my new home - I'm looking for a home and not a party house! I'm respectful and always reliable with bills and rent, also I work at a cafe and am always bringing home goodies to share :) I have a 2yr old, black and white cat called Mischief who is very playful, loves a cuddle, gets along well with dogs, never scratches (furniture or people). He's short hair and I'm very diligent in keeping his area tidy. I'll, of course, pay the first month's rent in advance as well as bond and if the house needs a new fridge/washing machine/microwave/whatever I'll can buy a new one as my contribution to the house :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
My name is Michael, I'm 30 and I work full time. I'm pretty relaxed, easy going, I'm a geek at heart. I am looking for 1-2 others to find a nice place. I am also ok with any pets, so if you have or wanted a pet I'd be excited for another housemate. I love the idea of having some extra space, as I currently stream and would love a small space to continue doing so. NBN would be fantastic if possible but not absolutely necessary. I currently work in Burwood so I would like some reasonably close by. I'd be looking at roughly $240 a week including utilities at the moment. Send me a message and I'd love to chat, possibly over coffee to see if we are a good match.
Hey folks! My name is Sumit and I am a Master's student of Design at Monash Caulfield. I had been living in Oakleigh for 9 months and then in Caulfied for a month. I am looking for a private room in a quite setting. Being a post grad student, I spend most of my time at uni while doing my assignment. Even on weekends, I am at library for most of the day. I keep my room very tidy and like staying with people who prefer keeping home organised. I do not smoke at all but do take wine occasionally while socialising. Though I am mostly busy with studies but I do like to talk a bit. My friends say that I am a good listener. My growth has given me enough wisdom to appreciate the differences in opinions. I may have a different opinion than people but that shall never affect my respect for them till the till their conduct is ethical. You can always trust me for rent as I never miss the deadline. I am looking for a flat or house with one or two bedrooms. I have been through enough mess while living without contract because of real-estate agents or flatmate's carelessness and do not want to go ahead without it. Don't want to live a disturbed life again. After going through this mess for long, I have become very sensitive and very careful of my rights. Not interested for any more games, seriously!!! I am looking for a furnished apartment/room with shared facilities of refrigerator, washer, dryer, gas as a standard equipment + a carpark. A BIR is a must for my bedroom. . let me know if you think that you can team up with me or offer me a place to stay for next 1 year or more. . I am intending to move in Week 2 of July 2018. Thanks and kind regards.... :)
20 year old male. Looking for long-term home with good people! I'm currently working in hospatality full time - afternoon and night time hours so I keep pretty busy. I'm always up for a good chat, sharing meals, binging good TV series and hanging with housemates. Have previously lived in a share house with my ex partner for just over 6 months. Very familiar what it's like living in a share house environment. Quiet, not the type to hold house parties, often out anyway. Keen eye photographer, creative and loves to travel. MOVE DATE: I am looking to move sometime in JUNE. However July is also a possibility.
Hi! My name is Amber. Myself and my partner are looking for a place to move to with my elderly Labrador and cat. We are both super hard working with Brandon working all day mon-sat and myself working 2 jobs ending up working almost everyday. We are quiet and tidy. Both of our living situations at the moment don't allow us to live together due to space hence why I am here! I have great rental history and also have a guarantor lined up if our age is an issue. We would preferably like a place that has no minimum stay however we are lenient. We predict to be in the house for a few months however if one of us needs to move for work it would be great to have no minimum stay. We are also flexible with move in dates! We are flexible with the furnishing. If a yard is shared I am happy to supply a semi permanent fence to enclose my dog. Winston, my dog, is an incredibly well behaved dog. He doesn't bark or dig and Cooper my cat loves to sleep and cuddle. I've never had an issue with them in rental properties or share houses before. Please message me if we are suitable!
we are two girls with a fun personality. we like talking to people and making new friends. we are co-operative and we are looking for a comfortable and clean house with good and friendly people.
PhD student and Sports lover! Bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I'm coffee lover and love to have it in cafes and have good chats. I will like to share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. I like walking, running, swimming and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week in the day time and I like to hangout with friends/flatmates in the weekends. I am PhD student in information systems/IT field. I did my bachelor in Oman and my master in Germany. I am from Oman (YouTube it and you will love it) I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)
Hi, I’m Gita, 35 yo. I work full time in disability supporting young adults to chase their life goals, fostering independence and creativity with a focus on inclusion and integration in mainstream communities. I’m often in and out of the house, and quite independent, but I do enjoy having a cuppa and a chat every now and then. I’m into clean eating and I love to cook, often creating healthy yummy treats to share with others, but I do most of my own batch meal prep on a weekly basis. I like to keep active, at the gym 4-5 mornings a week, and other activities outdoors. My beautiful 10yo tabby cat, Domino, and 7yo border collie x German shepherd, Sia, are a treat to live with. Lots of fun and friendly in nature.
My name is Andre, I work in the disability sector and study business and psychology at Deakin University. I like to keep pretty healthy and active and enjoy cooking and catching up with friends. I'm also a huge fan of reading and podcasts I don't mind getting in to a good Netflix series and sharing a bottle of red with housemates on occasion. I would say I am someone who is respectful, that cleans up after themselves and that has a pretty consistent routine, who makes an effort to get to know their housemates and to contribute to making the household a nicer place to live.
** I’m not fussy where I live, but no further then half hour drive out of city any direction, or south east suburbs, there isn’t an option to just write that above** Hi! A little about myself, I work full time in Fitzroy and I will be out of the house mostly between 7am and 6pm. I’m a clean and organised person who is respectful of people’s belongings and space. I enjoy alone time with Netflix but love to have a chat and share a home cooked meal and a drink! I love cooking and feeding people so I’ll always be up for a shared dinner. I’m easy to talk to and don’t get easily offended, if there’s something I’m doing you don’t like I’d rather it be spoken about respectfully before it builds up. Weekends I like to go and visit friends. My family live in mount Waverley so I often pop around to see them. If I’m not out catching up with people I’m littering around the house cleaning my room or meal prepping :) At the moment I’m on holiday in Thailand and will be back on the 25th. My current living arrangement will end a week or so after I’m back so I’m looking for a place while I’m away. I won’t be able to check the room, but if it’s big enough to fit a king size bed and some small furniture, have the ensuite and somewhere to store clothes that’s perfect. Anything else is an added bonus. I am a smoker but usually smoke in the backyard or in the street. Although it is usually only 1 a night, sometimes none. I have a care that will require parking but doesn’t need to be on the property, on the street is fine. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to message me. Thanks for reading Alice
I'm an easy going professional working at Swinburne University in Hawthorn seeking accommodation for myself only during the week as I generally return home to the country on weekends. Ideally a small private garden flat or similar would be perfect for my needs.
I love to cook when I'm free and that means food is on me for the day. I am clean and easy going. Love to talk to people instead of engaging with the gadgets. Neat and clean adhere by the rules. And expect others to be the same.
I am a IT student. I am a clean, friendly, easy going person. I love playing games and watching movies and tv shows a lot and i enjoy gardening too. Looking to share a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom house/apartment. Feel free to message me and ask me for information.
Looking to move in with someone who is easy to live with. I'am a fairly quiet/clean person who keeps to themselves when at home. I work full time and my job can be quiet draining, i often am out after work, going to dance class or catching up with friends (same thing on the weekend), so i am rarely ever home. I am looking to move into a new home sometime over the next 3 months, not rushing. I would like to live with someone is conscientious and respectful of others.

Hey. We are Isabelle and Salvy in mid 20s. Isabelle is beauty therapist who works in chemist and Salvy is a booking manager who just finished uni. On weekends we usually go out and catch up with our friends or just watch Netflix. We both are open minded, easy going, responsible and clean. Love to have a drink and good conversation but are also respectful to privacy. We would like to start a new home, next to the train station, preferably with ensuite, with no more than 2 people. Feel free to message us if you want to know more. 🙂
Carlos and I have spent our entire teenage lives together; from completing our schooling to competing in opposing football teams, we are the definition of best mates. We are looking to move from our sunny local Mildura to the big expanse of Melbourne and learn what the world has to offer. I like to think of Carlos as the class clown, that guy who will do anything to make peoples days a little brighter, and I admire him for that. An avid outdoorsman and go getter, every single day with this man is an adventure. Oliver is probably the most level headed guy you could ever meet, with plenty of wisdom ahead of his years and a deep and understanding mindset, the thing he enjoys most in life is making people happy. A certified gig-rat, he loves to find himself in the middle of a packed out show singing his heart out with people around him, as it's when he is at his happiest. We are both looking to work upon first moving to Melbourne, and considering going back to University (we have both been before and not fully completed our degrees), however in the short term we just want to enjoy ourselves and make some new and amazing friends. Chuck us a message if you're interested, we will be looking :)
I am a student, I'm moving for study. I'm from Adelaide where I've lived in a bunch of lovely places - I'm not a share house novice! Non-smoker, tidy. I love buying flowers even though I can't afford them. I can cook.
We are future students of Deakin university. We both are from India and easy going guys. We require quite nice place to live in. We would like to extend our stay if everything is good. I personally to live with people from different culture and socity. And I like to talk with everyone, whole day.
I'm a friendly, outgoing, approachable, self-proclaimed technologically-savvy, pseudo-geek and music enthusiast who thoroughly enjoys socialising! You can always expect me to crack a joke or two, or have an intellectual conversation, but I can also be content and quiet in my own space! I clean up after myself and prioritise keeping my room tidy, and I carry my own weight, but I don't mind chipping in what I can to help maintain the household's cleanliness and keep it running smoothly! I value honesty, integrity and loyalty above all else, and am always on time with rent and bills!
Hey peeps! Im a open minded, down to earth and a neat person from Malaysia looking for a place to stay at/with near Tafe Holmesglen as I will be pursuing Carpentry. Currently unemployed as Im not in Australia yet, but when I do I will be searching for a place to work at. That said, I might be a little shy at first depending on how well our first impression is, but after that it should be alrighty. Also am an artsy fartsy, will most likely be drawing a lot on my free time, listening to music working on papercrafts or all sorts haha! Also, I do enjoy getting to know new people, helping them if needed be it listening, or carrying stuff, or randomly talking about how ridiculous stuff, you name it haha. I look forward to getting to being your flatsmate!
Hey potential roomies! A bit about us: Romy is currently working most days, and studying. She loves animals and getting a lil creative. Jason is a sk8er boi, who is currently studying and likes to dawdle with screenprinting stuff. We have 1 dog and 2 cats, who are our furry little angels. They are all super friendly and well behaved. Doug, who is our dog, is a greyhound and is quite happy laying around most of the day, he is an extremely good doggo. We have rented for 3 years previously, and are looking for some relaxed housemates, who would be happy to have a beer and a chat.
Hi future housemates, I'm a scientist at the Alfred Hospital, working full time with a stable salary, and seeking an accommodation with like minded people who are professionals and enjoy a balanced life. Being a reliable, responsible and a highly organised person, you can always expect me to pay on time and keep the house clean. Looking for a place with off-street parking, open area and an ensuite bathroom is preferable, however, I'm quite flexible. Keen to move in ASAP. Please call/write if you are interested. Cheers, Raj
Looking for 1 other to sign a lease with. Idealy a huge 3 or 4 bedroom place so we both have our own space. Love to hang out and be mates with house mates but also like my own space. I'm an easy going, 27 year old who works full time. I have enough furniture to furnish an apartment but would not come close to furnishing a large place haha. Would love to grab a coffee and have a chat to see if we would be a good fit. I would potentially be getting a dog in the future, so would love a house mate who is animal friendly would be ideal
We are very quiet and we are very clean .when we have accommodation I am planning to study beauty and my boyfriend will be going back to work .

Hey, my name is Ash and I am 20 years old. I have never lived on my own before and am looking for somewhere to stay with a great vibe. I am very reserved and like my personal space but I also love to have a sneaky bevy from time to time. I am up to date with the best stuff on Netflix and i also love to go to the movies and watch trash TV. I am very clean and considerate of others and starting in July I will be studying Film and TV at Deakin University. Because I moving from Adelaide I do not have a job as yet but I'm hoping to find something quickly. My length of stay is flexible but something long term would be suitable. I can't really afford to spend more then $250 inc bills pw. I also have my own furniture so I'm happy to furnish my own room rather then having it be already furnished. My moving date is flexible as I will ned to let my current job know when I'm leaving and when the room is available :)
I'm easy to live with, I'm clean, outgoing but know limits. And I cook great food !
I am looking for a house that I can call a home and not just a share house! I work part time in Moorabbin and also am studying graphic design. I am respectful of others space and own time but also would love to form friendships with housemates. Always down for a drink or cooking meals together. Have previous house sharing experience. need to find a house ASAP
I am easygoing and introverted. I work as a nanny and an artist and I plan on attending university in 2019 to become a teacher. I love to spend time in my room by myself but I will also come out and have a chat too. I respect people’s privacy and personal space which is important in a share house. I have a beautiful 6 month old Golden Retriever x puppy. Her name is Autumn and she is undergoing training to become an Assistance Dog as I have a medical condition. As she is an assistance dog in training she’s not counted as a ‘pet’ if your property has a no pets clause in your rental agreement. Federal legislation makes it illegal for a landlord to refuse to allow an assistance dog in a property. I’m happy to provide further information if you like. She spends her days outside unless there is very bad weather and is inside at night in her crate. I have recently quit smoking but I selected smoker just in case I fail at it and start again. In my spare time I love to paint, walk my dog and spend time with friends. I’m really not wanting a party house but I would like to be able to have friends visit occasionally. My sleep schedule means I’m usually awake late at night and I sleep in a bit in the morning. So I rarely will be up and needing to get ready before 10am. So no bathroom sharing issues there. If we sound like a good fit for your home then please get in touch.
Hello there! My name is Kym and I love travelling, cooking gluten free foods and going out with friends or just chilling out with Netflix. I'm a very easy going and tidy person that is always up for a chat and doesn't mind a bit of housework. I currently work full time in Prahran and am looking for somewhere a little closer to work that I can make my own.
Hey guys, I'm a chéf from Germany working full time in an Italian restaurant. So if we have a little get together, I could make some classic pasta for us. In my spare days I'm open for any kind of sports and activities. I'm tidy, quite and respectfully. Thank you Toby
