I am a retired Lifeguard/Empty nester, who is a clean and respectful tenant, who values anyones opinion and will respect you, for yours. Life isn't meant to be hard.

I 'get' the shared responsibilities of running a household, mortgage, or whatever the situation.

I'm looking for respectful housemate/s that don't take life too seriously.
Im social, but (no party animals), Special occassion's; of course, is more than fine.

Lover of Movies, watching sport, attending any outdoor Live Music. I love what life has to offer and looking forward to exploring more.

Im Indépendant and have my sister close by so would love to stay in the area.

Ive started my journey into mediation and yoga and i love trying different alternative therapies, natural remedies, body strengthening techniques, mindfulness, anything that feeds the soul.

Im extremely creative, love the art world, philosophy, natural therapies and i love anything historic, recycled, up cycled or invented.

My beautiful girl ('Miss Coco'), is a 13 year chocolate female, desexed smaller Border Collie. When I'm not doing Yoga in the mornings, we're out walking daily, exploring new parks or trails...
She's an absolutely stunning dog who is exceptionally well trained and kept groomed monthly, so you wont have to worry there. She loves people and kids and will greet you as you arrive home.

I catch up with my sister 3 nights a week, but home by 9.30pm. I love exploring new parks, gardens and what Melbourne has to offer, so I keep myself pretty busy. I do have one son, who lives in the UK permanently who I miss nvery much, but ive been an empty nester now for two years, so the hard part is over....

I'm seeking a quiet, peaceful and respectful home, drama free with settled housemates, etc.
Children are fine, retirees, literally anyone that is respectful, is more than fine. I have my weekly routines so I'm busy doing my own thing.

Im sam ocial but also need my quiet chill out times, so somewhere I can do my thing, cook a large meal for everyone occasionally, socialise if you want to chat, burt mainly I keep to myself, prefering a quieter home for the majority of the the time.

Looking for long term, stable accommodation only. Happy to Rent & Bond upfront and a month in advance, etc.
