Most of my free time is spent watching sci-fi shows on Netflix and sketching.

I'm a 26 year old international student from the US studying for my professional law degree in Australia at Melbourne Law School. - I love being quiet and leaving people alone so not only would I be absolutely obligated to keep my living space tidy for my own mental well-being, but I am all about having personal space and respecting the assignment of chores and individual boundaries. - I also have a habit of disinfecting potentially bacteria-ridden locations/items on my person and around my living space (phone, laptop keyboard, doorknobs, toilet seats, faucets, etc.) in case that's a bother. - My friend, Ha, is 21 years old and studying psychology at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She's a polite and careful person who keeps to herself and greatly respects others' spaces. - We're both easy to communicate with and responsible about shared spaces--trust that we also hate leaving a mess in a shared space and will gladly keep things clean for you.
I am an easy going 23 year old female who just scored a full time job in the CBD. I am pretty neat and clean up after myself. I'm 22yo, queer trans guy and I am moving from WA to Melbourne to study, I'll be coming over to melbourne on the 27th of january. I'll be studying either at Deakin or Monash so anything nearby is great. I am considering north or west so long as its close to public transport. I am pretty easy going though I am more on the introverted side, happy to have a chat and share dinners but also happy to keep to myself, I'm not looking for a "party house". I'm into health, nutrition, art, drawing, painting, photography. I am an animal lover despite having none of my own, so i would definitely be befriending any pets. I'm pretty clean and I am all about open communication. I'll be leaving behind my veggie garden so anywhere with one would be a bonus but certainly not required. I don't smoke, don't really drink much and I'm a vegetarian (but I'm not bothered about what anyone else eats).
Hi I'm Daina! I'm currently studying Criminology/Psych Science at Deakin University. I am living in Gippsland and wanting somewhere closer to uni but looking for Clayton/Springvale/Oakleigh as it is easiest to visit home on the Pakenham train line and I have a few friends in Narre Warren that I like to visit. I currently do not drive so I will need somewhere preferably close to a train station. I currently work part time at Subway but will need to leave my position in order to move. However, I will immediately begin looking for part time work (Shouldn't be too hard as I have great references, Love to work and lots of experience!). My mum is also happy to fund me while I am looking for work so I will never be behind on rent or bills. I have lived out of home before, as I spent 12 months in Shepparton living with a teacher from the school we worked at, she was 30 years old and we got along great and never had any issues. I am not a loud person or into parties/drugs/alcohol, However, I am really relaxed and love to have a good time and am always up for a movie/game night or even a chat over the occasional drink. I am a very social person, very bubbly and usually walk around with a smile on my face but also like a lot of alone time especially when I need to hide away from the world to finish assignments!! I will always respect your space, I am more than happy to organise a timetable for jobs and always pick up after my own mess. I am very independent, love to bake/cook whenever I have the time and I also love to share so look out when I start cooking!!😉☺️ I am a NON SMOKER and clean young woman looking for a place to call home during my degree. I am not looking for any more than $250 a week inclusive of bills, and preferably a room large enough for atleast a double bed and TV. Hope to hear from you soon!
