I’m an easy going, clean, working professional who has recently secured a position working within monash health as a graduate nurse. I have lived in share houses previously and also on my own. I have an inside/outside dog (cocker spaniel) who is well behaved, affectionate and fully toilet trained. I enjoy cooking, and having a glass of wine or sharing a meal, but not looking for a party house as I’ll be working shift work. I’m social and enjoy going out for brunch, lunch and dinner. I enjoy going to the gym and spending time down the beach with my dog. Looking for a double room in south east Melbourne for an easy commute to work.
I'm a 29 year old female looking for a room to rent. I work days and mostly home in the evenings and like to keep to myself. I am respectful of other peoples privacy and I'm easy to live with as I clean up after myself. In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach and the occasional cold beer or glass of wine🍻🍻
Hi there! I'm planning on moving out in August and looking for the right house mate! I work full time, so looking for someone who isn't a big partier but doesn't mind having people over for some dinner/ drinks every now and again. In my spare time I love to cook and I'm a big movie buff. I love going out on day trips or just relaxing on the couch with a book in hand. My preference is to find a place and share with someone, max 1 person preferably. I also have a 6 month groodle pup (doesn't shed) but she will be staying with my parents. However I hope to have her come around half the week- so I hope you're a animal lover!
I am a 21 year old female planning on moving out around November 2019. I am looking for a room to rent in a house or a team up with a couple girls around similar age as me. I work part time and go to uni full time, and I also have a dog. He is a friendly Border Collie/Kelpie/Labrador who gets along with other dogs but mainly he loves people. I am a respectful, tidy and clean person who keeps very busy with friends or with other activities. I am very active and like to keep busy, so I will either be out with friends, or in my room studying.
Hi there, I'm Linda and I currently am working in after school care and nannying. I am really bubbly and friendly, always up for a chat or a new adventure but I do enjoy my down time too. I am looking to link up with a housemate/s to rent a property. I have my own couch, fridge, washing machine, kitchen table and kitchen appliances I can provide for the property. I am ideally looking for a large unfurnished bedroom with a decent sized built in robe and an ensuite. Would be a massive bonus to have all/some bills inc. in the price. I would be staying long-term.
Hey there! I am studying to become an interior designer and eventually architect at Torrens University in the CBD. In summer I spend most of my time at the beach or in the garden. I love warm weather and would love if my next house was bayside, anywhere from Elwood to Cheltenham that is centrally located and walking distance to a train station or tram stop. I have a cat, Charlie who spends 90% of his time asleep or outside (usually both), and a 9 month old kelpie x staffy puppy called Baylee. He is highly intelligent and LOVES cuddles and playing with other dogs. Baylee is an active boy who loves to socialise and get out of the house. I would love to find housemates who either have their own dog, or love dogs and won't be uncomfortable to have a puppy around. I spend most of my time completing assignments, interning part-time, walking Baylee or binging Netflix. I used to train religiously and have only recently signed back up to the gym and started yoga classes. I find it so much easier to stay on track and motivated when training with someone else, and would love to potentially live with a new fitness partner! I moved out quite young, and I have been living independently for 6 years now. Since then, I have lived in both unpleasant and amazing share houses. If there's anything I've learned from each experience, it's that communication is key! Each person should be happy to come home at the end of the day and feel comfortable enough to discuss any changes they want to make or bring up any issues that need to be addressed. I currently only have my bedroom furniture, some boxes in the shed, and two groovy green velvet couches that can go inside or outside. As I've been inspecting houses, I've started keeping an eye on Marketplace for furniture and white goods but if you have items to contribute by all means!. I intend to live in my next house for a few years and I am looking for the right house, with genuine like-minded people and positive vibes. I am open to joining a existing share house or finding individuals to collaborate with to create our own HOME. If you think some of the things I've said resonate with what you are looking for in a housemate/house, shoot me a message (text is best for a prompt reply), and tell me a bit about yourself! What I am looking for: - Pet friendly house (no white carpet) with a big backyard with an enclosed fence. - Walking distance to train station and public transport. - Ideally a 4+ bedroom house or rent around $150 a week. - Spacious house with low rent and a bit of "character" trumps tiny overpriced house. - Chilled, friendly housemates that are content to peacefully coexist and do things with. Looking forward to meeting you Elisha xxxx
