I’m Girish, a full-time IT professional, looking for a cozy or spacious room in shared house. I’m social, easy going person and a good listener. I always like to keep my surroundings neat and tidy. Also respects others privacy and expect the same.
Hi! I'm Jessica, a 25 year old International Studies graduate from Canberra. I am about to move to Melbourne (22 Sept). I am working full time in IT Recruitment and have secured a transfer with work so I will be working in the CBD. I am looking for a clean space to move into. I am quiet, respectful, clean, tidy and polite. I appreciate having a laugh with people & I enjoy a good coffee, lunches/dinners, watching sports, attending shows/concerts, going out over the weekend, and equally enjoy a good sleep in :) I would probably be home most weeknights, enjoying a YouTube video or two to wind down. Happy to share a meal or two here or there. Trying to eat more of a plant based diet! Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you soon!
We're a quite couple who do alot of gaming so we don't have crazy parties or make alot of noise. We're quite clean and keep to ourselves more often than not.
ABOUT ME I'm 26 years old and work full time as a Social Worker with DHHS. This generally keeps me pretty busy during the week and I prefer quiet evenings on week days as a result. P.s. - I come with Nextflix and a yearly Costco membership. MY PARTNER My partner, Hashan, is 25 and works full time as a mechanical engineer. He's generally up for a good chat after work but can appreciate alone time as well. AS A PAIR My partner and I are pretty social people and enjoy a good chat or regular catch ups with family and friends - we tend to keep this away from home but for the exception of an occasional BBQ or dinner and drinks. We are both respectful of personal space and we don't argue. We like having straightforward conversations and working things out for the best of everyone (collaboration is key!) As we both work full time, our weekends are generally spend out with my dogs or doing other life stuff... Or sleeping in... We both enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places (you will most likely be invited to join in!) and are an active, healthy eating kind of couple (I like to bake sweet things and brownies occasionally though). Both our families live in Melbourne and we generally go to family events 2 or 3 times a month. THE DOGS I have 2 dogs - Vespa and Nox (featured in profile picture) - both girls. They are both purebred boxers whom I compete regularly with in dog sports. Both dogs are fully house and crate trained and they don't bark unless there is need (or, occasionally, when they play). Vespa and Nox are very affectionate, friendly and enjoy the company of people. Nox loves playing fetch with a frisbee and Vespa would play tug-o-war all day if she could! Both girls also love a good cuddle and will happily Netflix and chill all day. Vespa and Nox generally spend their days in the yard, but I tend to have them inside with me when I'm home. They are walked/trained for 30mins every morning and on weekends my partner and I like to take them on adventures.
I am a nice person. I like to have quick chat with my housemates during the afternoon or to know about them just to be kind I am quiet and I prefer a quiet place It's optional if on weekends my housemates want to do a meeting, but it is with respect towards other is all good
Hey guys, my name is Erin and I am looking for a new place to call home. I’m a country girl who made the move to the city. I've been renting for 6 years now so i'm well experienced with living with others and respecting others space. I am a very clean person and I like to keep a tidy living space so I'm hoping to find others on the same page. I'm friendly and easy going, I keep to myself most of the time but I do enjoy having a cheeky wine and watching the bachie :') I'm more so interested in teaming up with people to find a house rather than an apartment but I'm open to either. If there's any like minded gals or guys out there reading this, please message me if you want to know more :)
Hi, i'm a first year uni student at Swinburne in Hawthorn looking for a fun, friendly, neat and tidy person to live with. I'm fairly easy going, quiet, clean and respectful and would love to find someone to live with (or multiple people) who have similar values as I do.
Hi there, my name is Ady and I'm a Sydney-sider about to make the big move down to Melbourne! I am currently looking for jobs down in Melbourne (I was in Customer Service, Marketing, and Tech Support previously) and fingers crossed I can land a role soon. I'm looking for a short-term accommodation (minimum 1 month) while waiting for my partner to relocate down in Melbourne as well. I am very sociable and I enjoy a great banter session over beers/wines/food. I'm a massive foodie and love to both cook and bake (love making brownies and cookies), and also go out and try new bars, cafes and restaurants. I also equally love my private time and enjoy reading, listening to music and watching TV. I also like going to festivals, gigs, markets, food festivals, shops, etc. I used to live in a share house myself and have really enjoyed meeting new people and making friends from that. Hopefully, I can make new friends in my new accommodation too :)
Hi! I’m Laura, a 29 year old interior designer looking for a new home for myself and my fur-baby. Ideally looking for an apartment/house with one other housemate, not fussed whether male/female. I’m social and would be happy to hang out during the week, but also value my own alone time and respect that of others. I’m home probably half the nights during the week and spend others out with friends. I’m laidback, love to cook and keep fairly relaxed when I’m not at work. I have some furniture and appliances (fridge, washing machine) but can also happily store these if need be. I’d love to team up and create a home with someone or move in with someone in an existing house. My 9 year old cat Getty is very low maintenance and loves a cuddle once she gets to know you, but mostly just eats and sleeps a lot in her own space.
Hi There, I’ve just moved from Sydney to Melbourne for work. Working as a full time professional. I’m very independent and easy going in nature, not a big party animal but do enjoy going out and socialising on occasion. I’m mindful of other people’s space and privacy, extremely neat and tidy. Looking for a clean, friendly place to share.
Hello, I am extremely tidy and easy to live with as I am rarely home during the week due to my work full time work commitments and fitness regime. I study part time and live a healthy lifestyle. My interests include fitness, reading and social media. Please message me if you have something available. Thank you.
My name is Rowan. I am a full time chef in Melbourne. I'm currently living in St. Kilda. I love music, so I naturally own a couple of guitars. I'm kinda shy, but I warm up to people pretty quickly, so I really enjoy being social, but I also really like my own space. I'm fairly new to Melbourne, and would love a great place to call home, with good friends and great times. I'm sure there is much more to tell, but short and sweet is always good. I'm also really clean, comes from being a chef.
Very easy going and relaxed and honest and tidy . Respectful and clean . Vegetarian ( not religiously just by choice ) . From India working full time , Permanent Resident of Australia. Thanks
Chilled out and amiable. An analyst on weekdays and a musician and self proclaimed chef and mixologist on weekends (Expect a surprise breakfast, a great chat, a song or two or even a cocktail time and again).
Hi all! My name is Thomas and I'm a 20-year-old exchange student at Swinburne Uni from the beautiful Netherlands! I am looking for a spot in a shared apartment with a bunch of fun roommates to spend my days here in Melbourne. Besides studying, I like to go out running, play football (the real football ;) ), explore the country and have a few drinks or dinner with friends. As a roommate, I do value being on my own from time to time, but often enough I'm up for any of the actvities listed above :) Let me know if you have a room opening up for the upcoming months! As long as the apartment is somewhat near Hawthorn, I do not have many demands and I'm very flexible concerning moving in and out dates.
I am looking for 6 month - 12 month lease. Currently living in st kilda east but am interested in moving to a place with a courtyard or garden area to enjoy in the summertime. I work shift work hours several days a week, and have a secure full time job which i have worked in for 5+ years. I am into health and fitness and live a very active lifestyle. I go to the gym daily and often ride my bicycle to work. I do have a car also, so a place with parking would be preferred. Cleanliness is important to me and i dislike a grubby household I am a laid back, friendly but a relatively quiet person. I enjoy a good debrief at the end of the day but enjoy time to myself to relax and unwind. Im looking to live with a considerate, kind, fun person. (Male or female welcome) who are neat and maintain a clean standard of living. ** Move in date is flexible as i currently have a lease elsewhere so would need to give 1 months notice to my landlord
I am generally a pretty easy going person, it’s important to me that home is clean and tidy and a relaxed environment most of the time. I am also a great cook! I love pets if you have them. I am Melbourne born, currently working full time but will be going back to full time study at Deakin in Feb. looking for a place to make home long term stay, would love to share a mea/ glass of wine with housemates from time to time- pretty social. I would prefer to live with other women that are also renting. Am not interested in boarding house style accommodation. Would also prefer a relatively large room (not interested in single rooms) thanks for reading!
Moving back to Melbourne after 4 months travelling Europe! I love meeting new people & going on adventures. I'm looking forward to the summer to relax and socialise on the regular. Love cheese and wine nights, checking out the pop up events in the city & beach trips ❤
Hi everyone, I'm Ajay , 27 Year old IT Professional from India. I'll be travelling to Melbourne sometime in late October / November, so looking for rented accommodation. My office is in Tooronga and shift starts at 7 AM so i would prefer areas which are in walkable distance to Tooronga or proximity of 10-15 minutes by Public Transport like Chadstone/ Glen Iris/ etc. My budget is 180-200 per week including utility bills for a furnished flat. Please let me know if anyone has anything to offer/ willing to team up with me.
**MOVING IN FEBRUARY!!** Hi! I'm Beth. I'm 20 years old and currently studying my Master of Teaching for Secondary School. I'm an American, but live here permanently in Australia. I've been told my accent makes me sound like I've just come off the plane! I'm a massive book nerd and Netflix fiend. I enjoy my space, but don't mind a cheeky drink once in a while. I'm very low key and like my space to reflect chill vibes. Therefore, I'm not interested in a party house. I'm not an obsessive clean freak. But I am tidy and respectful of the communal areas. I am VERY allergic to cats, therefore I cannot live in a house with cats, regardless of if I keep my door closed. The things I am looking for are: -Quite a large room -Dishwasher -Air conditioning -Washing machine (dryer is a bonus) -Prefer bills included -No more than 3 flatmates -Allows dogs -Has some form of parking available
