Hello! My name is Millicent and I have recently moved to Melbourne from Hobart to study Psychology at Deakin University in Burwood. I am looking for a furnished room to rent in a beautiful home, close to uni :) As a housemate, I am clean, tidy and respectful. Being eco-friendly and sustainable is important to me, so I avoid using plastics wherever possible. I am also really friendly and easy going. It's really nice to be social and go out, so I always make time for connecting with friends :) On the weekend I enjoy going out for coffee, going to art exhibitions and seeing live music- so it's a good thing I'm living in Melbourne! During the week I like to study at the Library, and I try to stick to regular full-time hours which are 8:30am to 5:30pm. Eventually, I would like to work as a Psychology and Social Work. Feel free to contact me if you think I will be a good fit for your home :)
PhD student and casual academic at Deakin University! We are Omanis. (YouTube/Google Oman and you will love it) I finished my bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now doing my PhD in Australia. My brother Ahmed and I are searching for 1 or 2 rooms within the budget. If you are interested to team up for 2 or 3 bedrooms place in Hawthorn or its surroundings it will be great. I love coffee and walking by the beach. I like to share meals with my flatmates. I like walking, running, swimming, boxing, spinning and tennis. My brother likes yoga and personal development I work pn my research during the week and hang out at the weekends. I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. My flatmates must be: - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area, toilets, and kitchen clean and tidy) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each, and I want to practice them in our free time). If you speak Chinese and willing to teach me that will be great too. I love to learn languages.
I’m a funny, smart and independent bean who has great taste in music with a politically informed personality. I’m an animal + earth lover who owns a little kitty. I’m from a country town in the North East region of Victoria studying Exercise Science at Deakin!! I love keeping fit and having a boogie out on the town or at a festival. I’m just looking for somewhere to rent for the trimester as I’ll return home to work over the summer! 🦋
Looking for a quite place clean. I am a chill out person, cooking sometimes. Still looking for IT job as I just come to melbourne. Food enthusiast. Place closed to tram 16, 109, 70, 75 or around hawthorn, glenferrie, camberwell would be nice.
I’m 22 and have just graduated uni. I’m working part time in media and communications in the city, and also doing an internship at an online publication. I’m laid back but super clean and respectful. I spend my downtime exercising, reading, catching up with friends or enjoying a good wine. Would ideally like to live with people that I can get along with well, but who also appreciate their own down time. Also preferably female roommates! I’m preferably looking for south eastern suburbs, not too far out of the city. Chuck me a message if you think we’d be a good fit :)
Hello hosts, my name's Odin, a 26 year old homo sapien. I'm in Melbourne to study master of marketing at RMIT. A little bit about me. I'm obsessive about learning new things and experiencing new different environments. Forthermore I'm Interested in topics such as mythology , biology and cosmos. In addition, my favorite sport is soccer, I like watching and playing it. Also I consider my self as a movie addicted and ps4 addicted. Finally, I can't sleep without listening to music . I'm looking for living in particular suburbs, Camberwell or Hawthorn.
I’m easy going and I keep to myself. I’m tidy and I’m never home because I work so much, so you’ll rarely ever see me! Doesn’t mean we can’t be mates! I’m social as, love a chicken roast dinner coupled with a rose and waking up late on a Saturday. I can also opt to not smoke on the property as well if that’s a deal breaker.
Working “professional” in the electricity industry. Yes that’s right can get you a discount on your electricity and gas bills 💪 Home is my oasis after a long day at work and the gym. Work mon-fri so like to keep things chill. Love having potluck dinners with friends and eating out too, but also very much need my own space to recharge. Very tidy and organised, bit of a bohemian babe too, I’m an astrologer so I will do your birth chart 😂 originally from NZ, have been here 4 years and Melbourne is my home. I love nature and trees so ideally a house with a backyard and plants and I’m a big animal fan too (vegetarian) Love people I can have a laugh with, but also talk about life, the world and various topics and opinions. Love a kitchen dance too but this is not compulsory. Ideally a room unfurnished would be great. My work is relocating to Richmond so I’m looking to move closer to the city at end of July. Thanks 🌼
Hi! I am a 20+ female Landscape Architect working full-time seeking to rent a room or preferably sign on a lease. I am originated from Malaysia and have lived in Australia for almost a decade. I speak 4 languages - English, Mandarin, Malay and Spanish, enjoy exploring new places, bake cakes and breads, love trying out different cuisine, learning to sew, do fitness regularly, a pretty chill person in general. With my multiple times of house-sharing experience, I'd say I am a very responsible, mature, clean and tidy tenant/housemate that you will enjoy having. I am seeking to takeover a lease at the moment and sharing with two female housemates at the most. If you have two rooms, perfect. My friend is also looking to move and it would be ideal for us to move in together. Happy with locations within an hour public transport time distance from city center, within the public transport Zone 1 + 2, even if not listed in my "Preferred locations" section below. Please drop me a message if you are interested!

Commencing a PhD in August 2019. In my spare time I do triathlon and lots of cycling (bonus points if you do too!). I love cooking healthy food and am more often than not trying to get an early night! I love to keep a clean and tidy house and would like flatmates to be the same. I have my own property in the UK and would treat my new place like my own home. I also have a bike that will need storing securely (inside!).
