Lana, Giorgia and Jean-Luc

We’re a team-up of three looking for a fourth housemate to apply with us for 4bd 3ba homes (so we all get our own bathroom). We’re applying in and around Doncaster, Box Hill, Templestowe, Balwyn etc, hoping to find something spacious and homey that isn’t too far from each of our work/study commitments. Each of us has an approx budget of $250 p/w, so with four of us we’re applying for homes that are 1000p/w maximum with the rent split equally ($250 each across the board).

Housemates 1 +2: Giorgia and Jean-Luc (Photos to come)
We’re an LGBTQ+ and 420-friendly couple who value open communication, positive vibes, and mutual respect in a household. We’re looking for a home that feels relaxed, friendly, and respectful. We come with two indoor cats: Quinn, who is shy and gentle, and Matilda, who is very friendly and loves keeping people company.

Giorgia (28):
I work in the mental health sector as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach and will soon be commencing a Master of Professional Psychology at Cairnmillar Institute. I’m easy-going and social, and I really value a calm, respectful home environment. Outside of work and study, I enjoy art, music, travel, the beach, spending time with friends, and a good movie or TV series.
I like a good balance between socialising and having my own downtime, and I enjoy a good chat, movie night, or shared meal when the vibe’s right.

Jean-Luc (29):
I work full-time as an IT support technician in the primary education setting. In my free time, I enjoy music (guitar, bass, piano, and vocals), video games, and movies or TV shows. I’m pretty tech-savvy and I also host a media server, so if there’s something you want to watch, I can get it for you.

Housemate 3: Lana (29)
I’m currently working as a PA to an incredible AuDHD paediatric psychologist, while also studying a Master of Psychotherapy at Cairnmillar with the hopes of being a somatic therapist for queer, neurodivergent adults. I love nerding out about nervous systems and epigenetics, watching comedy tv shows and stand up, musical theatre, 90s pop culture, queer art and collecting more books than I could ever read (and then organising them in a perfect rainbow on my bookshelf). I love a balance of gentle social time with housemates, like a game or movie night, but also love my own company and spending time with my friends. I’m a very tidy person in communal spaces and love a calm, respectful and communicative home. (Fun perk of living with me, I receive support from NDIS which includes a fortnightly full house deep clean and any lawn maintenance!)

Housemate 4: YOU!
We’re looking for someone in a similar age range who is preferably queer or queer friendly with sharehouse experience and a kind and open communication style, who enjoys a balance of social and alone time (and loves cats).
