$250/week•22 year old female
Hi there! I am an easy-going person and most people will describe me as a very hygienic, organised and friendly person. Although I love socialising, I do also enjoy downtime after work. I work full-time in the city and need a place close by as I drive to work (I will need somewhere safe to park, garage or a driveway). In my free time I do like to go for a walk and binge watch Netflix series. I’m after a place with my own room and OWN BATHROOM with easy going FEMALE housemates ONLY. At the moment I need a place for 6 months and will extend it if I feel comfortable in the area. •Strictly no pets please, I’m not a pet person. I’m a non smoker, a vegetarian and will pay rent on time as I’ve got a full time job. Cheers :)

Currently working full time as butcher, so I am up pretty early and gone for the most days. Start of pretty shy but always done for a chat and laugh. Tidy person that always cleans up after myself. Spend most of my free time either playing games or watching sports. Still pretty new to Melbourne life due to relocating from the Gold Coast last year. Open to join a share house, but would prefer to team up with someone to move into a newer 2 bedroom apartment/unit

Hey i'm Nicola, I came back from overseas at the start of the year and looking for a great place to hunker down for the rest of the year, with some nice people. A bit about me, I'm 23 and currently working as a waitress in Box Hill. I have a degree in wildlife and conservation science and I'm planning on studying my second degree next year. I like to think im pretty easy going and tidy. I may have a small obsession with plants of all shapes and sizes. I enjoy cooking/baking and chatting over a nice glass of wine. looking forward to meeting you!

Male, working full time, 33, Work as a Civil Engineer. Private, quiet, on time with bills, respectful of others privacy. I clean up after myself. I prefer a place with 2-3 Housemates or less. Roommate to bathroom ratio preferably is 2:1 or less. If room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and storage, it's a plus, but not a deal breaker. I am out of the house 6 AM - 6 PM, and in the house after that. Weekends are spent in my room. I I never socialize, super introverted, gamer. I like animals so if you have pets that's fine. Need to have a written agreement. Need to have free unlimited street parking because I drive and I don’t want to be stressed about where I leave my car. I am a long term renter, so a minimum of 6 months is a safe bet.

I'm just a 22 year old guy looking to find a new place to live and really flexible with a location. I am currently working part-time while studying Primary Teaching full-time. I really enjoy sports and staying active. I try and get out as often as possible keeping myself busy. But I won't complain about a quiet night in sitting on the couch watching the footy on TV.

Hey Guys and Gals, straight up I'll say I'm looking for all 3 of: Air Con, Heating and a Dishwasher. Air con can be in just one room. A good shwr, seperate toilet and BIR's are not crucial, but they are high on the list. I'd prefer 2 or 3 housemates total. No dogs. If you have a cat I'll move in tomorrow! ** I can move this weekend or not til next year, I am extremely flexible on the date - I am looking for the right place with the right flatmate/s, even if it takes 6 months ** Now that's out of the way, a little bit about me: I am a man-child. I am definitely suited to flatmates in their mid to late 20's, as most of my friends start to became boring after 30. I'm easy going, I really enjoy people and all sorts of conversation, but most of the time I will be doing my own thing. I've done some travel and I like my sport, although it's more watching now that I'm 'getting' old... nb: NOT OLD, just heading there ;) I'm reliable with money and household chores. I'm very fair minded, considerate and happy to do my share. I am also a great communicator, so no 'building up' of issues. As your potential housemate, I have 2 main Con's: I need a large bed room and I work from home 4 days a week. So, if the bedroom can fit my stuff plus a very small desk, I'm fine working from home in my bedroom!! Current room is 3.9m x 3.6m and I work from my room. The positive for you is that I like spending time in my room anyway, which means you can have run of the lounge room most of the time. If the room isn't big enough, but there is a spot in the house (even the dining room table!), I'm happy to work anywhere, I just need space for a laptop. Finally, I sing, very, very badly. I am considerate, but occasionally you will hear it, and it is not pleasent. So that's it, if you think I fit in at your place, let me know!

My name is Mehrdad. I am from Iran and I have been living in Melbourne since 2015. I recently have completed my postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from Monash University and I am a full-time kindergarten teacher. I am tidy, organized, clean, super bubbly, social, and fun. I have a passion in music, and I mix tracks in my free time. However, I understand and respect others' privacy, and sometimes I need my private time too. I also have a cute cat! His name is Burrito! He is super clean, polite, quiet, and playful. We are looking for a new place to call home.

I'm pretty easy going, although I do very much appreciate a clean, tidy house. I love to chat but also like to lay low some of the time. I grew up in Ivanhoe and have recently been living in Hawthorn. Although COVID has left me without much work, I am currently in the process of getting my Agents Rep certificate so I can work in real estate :) I like to keep fit, but also love a couple of drinks on the weekend and would love to have a housemate/housemates that I could share one with :)

I'm working full time in retail this year. My roster is on a monthly basis so I tend to get odd days off and work most weekends. When I'm not working I'm recharging and keep pretty low key or I'm going on drives to get out of Melbourne for a bit. Next year I will be studying interior architecture at Swinburne :)) In terms of the house and housemate dynamics- I'm respectful and expect the same in return, I'd like to get along well with the people I live with- or at a minimum just be able to keep the peace. I'm up for some bants and open to any topic of discussion. I like a clean and organised house but I'm also not pedantic about it, we all have our own lives and a house can look lived in. I generally cook my own food. I love dogs, am allergic to cats so cant live with them.
