Hi, I'm Martin Romana.

So you're probably scanning this wondering if I'm going to pay rent on time and if I'm easy to live with.

The short answer to both is yes.

I'm 20 years old and work full-time as a copywriter for a digital marketing agency. I've been in the same company for nearly two years. And I work from home 4 days a week.

So I do need a solid internet connection and a quiet space.

I take finances seriously, I've spent the last few months "ghost-renting", putting aside rent and bill money weekly into saving accounts to stress-test my budget, and it works.

So you won't ever have to chase me for a payment.

But beyond the money, here are 3 reasons why I'm a great person to live with:

1. My income is bulletproof, I have a trade. Even in a scenario where I lose my job, my skillsets allow me to pick up clients as a freelancer or get a sales job almost immediately. My ability to pay rent and bills won't be going anywhere.

2. I will always keep common areas better than I found it. I know how much it sucks to walk into a kitchen or bathroom that someone else messed up. So I always clean up after myself. Whether it's the stove or the sink, I make sure common areas are cleaner than I found them.

3. I'm good at reading the room. I'm highly sociable and love a good chat, but I'm also very chill. I bring good energy to the house without being high maintenance.
