I’m a 34 years old male professional moving to Sydney from London in January 2026. Super excited to start this new chapter Down Under!
A bit about me:
• Currently working in finance in London – I have a job lined up in Sydney, so stable income and always pay rent on time.
• Clean, tidy and respectful – I’ve shared houses in London for years and know how to keep shared spaces nice.
• Non-smoker, no pets (but I love animals and happy to live with them).
• I enjoy cooking (happy to share meals – I make a mean curry/roast/Italian/pasta!), going for walks, Netflix, gym, exploring new places, and the occasional pub quiz or weekend adventure.
• Sociable and friendly but also respect everyone’s space, great for chats over coffee or wine, but totally cool with quiet evenings too.
What I’m looking for:
• A private room (furnished preferred) in a friendly share house
• Budget: up to $350–$450] per week (bills included ideal)
• Move-in date: Anytime from early–mid January 2026 (flexible)
• Housemates: Easy-going professionals or mature students, any age or background – just clean, respectful and chill. am happy to jump on a video call or meet up once I arrive. Looking forward to finding a great home and awesome housemates to explore Sydney with! 😊
