• Preferred areas: Nedlands, Shenton Park, Crawley, Subiaco, Mount Claremont, Victoria Park
(open to nearby suburbs with good access to UWA/public transport)

About me:
• Single occupant (no couple/family)
• Non-smoker, no pets
• Quiet, tidy, and respectful
• Planning a longer-term stay for the duration of my studies
