we are four young men aged between 18 and 19 and are looking for accommodation starting in January for a period of two months.

All of us are working and have a regular daily routine. We are responsible, quiet, and place a high value on cleanliness and order. Taking good care of the apartment and the furniture is very important to us — we always treat everything with respect, as if it were our own.

We are not a party group and prefer a calm and pleasant living environment. We are considerate of house rules and quiet hours and would live in the apartment in a careful and responsible manner.
