Hi everyone!

I'm relocating to Adelaide for work and am looking for a furnished room to rent for around 6 months, starting at the beginning of August. My first day in the CBD office is on 17 August, so I'm ideally looking for short-term accommodation from early August until around mid February.

I'm hoping to find somewhere reasonably close to the CBD, and off or on street parking (or secure parking) is essential as I'll have my car with me.
Budget is $300 bills included this can be negotiate me as I am looking for a safe area.

A little about me: I'm in my early 20s, work full-time (sometimes work from home), and am a friendly, social person who also enjoys having some quiet downtime. I like going to the gym, getting outdoors, and exploring new places. I'm also clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.
