Isabel and Liam

My name is Isabel Gomez, I am 18 years old looking to move to Mandurah with my partner. In 2026 I am commencing my Bachelors of Nursing at Murdoch Mandurah.

I come from the Northern Suburbs of Perth and Liam is from Northam and the Wheatbelt area.

We both work, we are very quiet, tidy and hardworking individuals and tenants just looking for a place to call home and to help build our rental profile.

We keep to ourselves but are very sociable and always up for a chat.

We have a dog, Twistie, who is medium large sized, microchipped, trained inside and outside and rarely barks (only really barks when protecting property). He is great with other dogs as we’ve had him around my 2 small dogs with no issues, is alright but very curious about cats and other animals. We do need a residential address before registering him, and that is priority number one after securing accommodation.

We are looking to move ASAP as we are currently staying at a caravan park and would love to get settled before I head off to university on the 23rd of February.

We would ideally like an unfurnished room as we have furniture already but not fussy
