Seeking a shared home.

Hey everyone, we’re seeking a room in a home to share with 1–2 other people or a couple on the Sunshine Coast. Flexible on location, Ideally no then Caloundra and not beyond Maroochydore, with a solid weekly budget. Looking for long term stay.

About us:
We’re a quiet, grounded couple in our 30s. Non-smokers, non-partiers, and we really value peace. We take great pride in caring for our home.

We have stable income and many excellent references, including from real estate agents and house sits. We also Police checks.

We also have one extremely well-behaved older dog who spends most of her days sleeping when she isn't out adventuring with us. She has lived in rentals and house sits with no issues and comes with great references too.

We would love to find a home with another friendly dog for her to spend time with, as she’s been a little lonely without a furry friend. We also genuinely love caring for housemates’ dogs when they’re away.

We’re looking for a space where:
– we have our own bathroom (non-negotiable)
– ideally a separate kitchen/kitchenette or some level of independence
– and also a home where there’s openness for the occasional chat, shared meal, or card game with housemates

Can be flexible with the move in date but will require two weeks to give appropriate notice.
