Leah and Kyle

Hi there! My name is Leah and I am on a working holiday visa with my partner Kyle. We are an Irish couple, aged 25 and 28, currently in Perth and looking for a place to stay from the beginning of January. We are currently staying in a sub-let room in a shared house. We enjoy a relaxed yet active lifestyle and spend our free time reading, going for walks and jogs, cooking, playing soccer, swimming, and starting to make the most of Perth’s beautiful beaches. We also love watching movies, going to the cinema, trying good restaurants, and enjoying a casual drink together or with friends.

As housemates and renters, we are clean, organised, tidy, and hygienic, and we take pride in maintaining shared spaces. We are friendly, warm, and approachable, while also being respectful of others’ boundaries and mindful of privacy. We’re low-key, easy-going, reliable, and mature, and will always pay rent on time - treating the home with care. We are non-smokers, and while we’re big dog lovers, our dogs are back home in Ireland with our families. We’re looking for a comfortable place where we can settle in and be respectful, trustworthy tenants.
