I’m a 39-year-old single female looking for a quiet, private place to live.

I work full-time at an office on the Gold Coast, so I’m out during the day and home in the evenings. I’m pretty low-key — after work I like to cook dinner, relax, taking a walk, and watch some TV. On weekends it’s much the same, just taking it easy.

I also have a small dog named Pako. He’s a 12 year old Jack Russell x Tenterfield Terrier. He can stay outside while I’m at work, otherwise, he’s usually by my side, (stay inside at night) or trying to find another human to play with.

I’m mature, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I’ve shared houses in different arrangements over the years. Ideally, I’m looking for something affordable with its own entry, such as a studio or granny flat, where I can enjoy some privacy.

Im currently renting and can supply an RTA rental ledger for the last 1.5 years. Ive lived on the gold coast for the last 10 years now, originally from the northern rivers. Ive lived in two other long term arrangements prior to where I am now, one renting and another private boarding room arrangement which lasted over 5 years. Im looking for something long term to call home.
