We are a very clean family, that takes pride in taking care of the properties we live in. We are also exclusive to renting high quality properties or spaces that are comfortable, convenient and compimented with nice views of the ocean or hinterland. In addition, we are used to renting paying premium rental costs (above $800/month) without payment issues or late payments. This makes us sustainable tenants, with the benefit of the fact that we are particularly looking for long term opportunities to rent rather than buy.
