Hi, my daughter and I are hoping that we can find that needle in a haystack property to rent as we are at very high risk of being homeless and our current residence is not safe. As soon as we can secure our own rental we look forward to once again having our own space. Both my daughter and I are employed permanent part time, both with minimum 15 hours per week however my daughter works 30-40 hour weeks with min of one day per weekend with penalty rates. I can provide all paperwork for rentals Ive leased on my own in the past inc documents like ledgers and receipts, plus work, character and rental references. We live quiet lives, were respectful, tidy house proud tenants. we dont party, non drinkers non smokers. Keep to ourselves and live private, drama-free lives. One car. Just cant show the 30/70 rule as sole
