I have been looking for a villa or house for a while and now the going price is above $700 pw + Gas, elect, bond etc. split down the center it not so bad.
I am retired for 4years ago. Am easygoing, very clean, I have my own furniture and household gear.
So, if you're looking for a house better than you can get on your own give it a try. This will be your house too.
