Hi, Im 35, originally from New Zealand, am full time employed and work primarily night shift as a Crew Leader for a Traffic control company in Carlisle so tend to come home at weird hours early in the morning and the odd day shift when nights are quiet. So if this doesn’t suit any of the light sleepers then I’m not for you. I’m currently on the ketogenic diet, so prepare my meals every 2nd day if I’m not fasting. Therefore can’t drink alcohol until May 😭😭😂😂 Clean, tidy and pretty much keep to myself.
I’m a quiet and independent, yet friendly, person. I pride myself in being highly organised and pretty tidy/clean. I’m very polite and considerate too! I’m a part time retail worker and part time uni student. I currently live in the hills, so I’m looking to move to Perth’s northern suburbs for convenience.
I am a Spanish chemical engineer looking for a cozy place where to live in. Good internet is a must. The room must be furnished, with, at least, a desk (to study) and a bed, including the linen as I don't have any furniture else (Queen size, King size, Prince size... I don't care). I'm looking for a room to share in a house with one more person. NOR but not far away and beyond from everywhere. I've been living for the last six months in Ballajura and I have never had any problem. Pay rent on time, clean my assigned area, look after the pets, no dramas. I play the guitar (don't crank the volume) and I make my own beer (for healthy reasons; I'm not a heavy drinker). I like to cook a couple of times a week to prepare the meals for the whole week (the pressure cooker has saved my life). Reference: "To whom it may concern, David Ortega rented a room from me for 6 months. I found him to be courteous and considerate. He kept the accommodation clean and always paid his rent on time. I would recommend David as a tenant. Regards B. Downsborough" I will provide the phone number to those ones who are interested, after viewing the room.
Would like to find another female of similar age to share a place with. I’m easygoing, friendly and love to have a laugh. Would be preferable to have own bathroom or share a decent sized one with one other. I like to relax or get out and about on weekends. I love to cook for myself and for others. Currently studying and working casually. I have nbn internet modem so would like a place I can share with someone and have Internet.

I'm 25 years old, from Germany and just starting my working holiday experience here in Perth. I've already lived in an English speaking country (London, UK) for my Master's degree and now I want to use the time to experience Australia before going into real work.
26 yo male. fun, easy going professional. I work a lot (usually out of the house between 6am and 7pm Monday to Friday) In my spare time I like to go to the gym and socialise with friends. I own my own property so I know what its like to upkeep a property so I am very respectful and tidy

Hi everyone! I am looking for a room in Perth, near the city or with easy access (public transport) to the city as I will be working in a hotel as Guest Service Officer. I am moving to Perth from Melbourne in May, possibly before the 15th. I would like to find a nice house with a fun and respectable enviroement, with people with common sense that clean after themselves. I am always up for a chat and a pint, I am very easy to get along with and I love cooking. Please do let me know if you think I could be a good fit for your house. I look forward to talking to you! Cheers!
Work permanent full time in the city as an Industrial Relations (HR) Advisor. I'm pretty quiet and chilled during the week and enjoy an outing most weekends. I am exceptionally tidy and clean and try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I love the beach and a decent road trip up north to Shark Bay or Exmouth and mostly go to Scarborough or City Beach. Hobbies/interests: drones, beach, surf, fishing, snorkelling, gym, photography, video editing, music, PC gaming. *Need a room that fits a king size bed. *Prefer my own bathroom.

My wife and I are moving to Perth this year, but she'll only be coming towards the end of the year with furniture and pets etc. Therefore I just require a room and bathroom for the next couple of months. I'll be in Perth towards the end of May 2019.
I am a 51 year old professional, house trained and domesticated with a passion for closed toilet lids. I have spent the last 12 years in real estate and have put lots of seats down over the years. Recently downsized everything and looking to live a more minimal lifestyle. I have adult children and a 13 year old son, Angus. He visits me overnight once a week and we take holidays together. We are both cricket tragics. He too is house trained and domesticated. We enjoy cooking, music, cricket, cricket and cricket. It’s now AFL season which is a minor inconvenience between 2 perfectly good cricket seasons. I enjoy a social drink and usually go out to enjoy them. Rarely drink at home, do enjoy a wine with dinner n a Friday or Saturday night. Cook a great beef casserole and know how to clean up and do the dishes afterwards. Ideally looking for a mature share with a half house and own en-suite preferred.
Hey I'm Isaac, I'm 27 and I work full time as a coach. I'm generally quiet and laid back but also very driven. I like socialising but also have high respect for people's privacy and desire to have alone time. I love art, books, animals, fitness and anything to do with gardening (I used to be a horticultural consultant for five years). Joining me would be Zero, my gentle nature small/medium dog. He's perfectly behaved, is quiet, non destructive and well socialised with humans and other animals. I'm not looking for a party house, just somewhere relaxed to start and finish my day with tidy house mates. My super powers include but are not limited to; actually doing my dishes, helping with housework, tidying up after myself, knowing a whole heap about gardening and being considerate. If you value good communication, mutual respect, responsibility and compassion we'll get along great! Cheers :)
I'll be working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and studying in my free time. I'm a very clean person, and I'm willing to help out with household duties. I am also rather quiet, so you likely won't see or hear much from me unless you want to!
I work as a security and crowd control officer. My work is pretty seasonal. I also study full time.
Hi I'm Chelsie, I'm currently working full time but next year I will be studying at Curtin and am hoping to find another flatmate or two to rent out a house nearby. I do enjoy going out but wouldn't describe myself as a party animal, i'm a little obsessed with cute old houses so my roommates would have to share the same appreciation. BIG dog person, I don't have one myself because i feel i'm too busy to own one but would definitely be open to someone with pets! A little about me myself: uh I'm always down to chat over a coffee or a beer, I'm an extremely independent person and would love to live with someone I actually get along with as opposed to just staying out of each other's way
I'm looking for a share-house situation with my partner, aiming to start to move in around June. We are both FIFO so won't be home much but just looking for somewhere to call home on our RnR's! We're both Australian, 34 yrs and on 2&1 rosters on the same swing (wed/Tue) We’re looking for a room with other FIFO housemates, Ultimately FIFO housemates on different rosters to ours, so we have shared living costs and the benefit of all having space to ourselves when we're on RnR, we also don't mind if our rosters overlap with the housemates at times, say 2&1 and 8&6 would overlap every 6 weeks, 1 or 2 days overlap is fine with us too! We're super clean and tidy and like to keep a very tidy living space to enjoy during RnR's If there are several FIFO housemates sharing the space we can always discuss getting a cleaner weekly or so which I find can work out perfectly for everyone. We have been renting for the past couple years but both being fifo it's a massive cost for not being there for 60% of the year so thought we might find a house share arrangement. I've travelled heaps and have done working visa's in England and Canada so I've lived in many different share house situations before and enjoy the company of other people too. My partner has always rented with friends so we're veterans in shared space etiquette and understand the whole gist of things. We like to cook at home and enjoy movies and social drinks, like to try and keep healthy and go for walks and enjoy the outdoors, we don’t tend to go out to drink but quiet drinks at home on Saturday is usual. My partner is unfortunately slightly allergic to some pets! Sniffles and red eyes can get the better of him if you have furry friends, BUT is OK with hypoallergenic pets like poodle cross etc! Lastly we’re looking to share the costs of a household with others alike, this household being our home as well as yours, it’s so we can reduce our living expenses all round, please if you’re thinking to make a few extra dollars on us because we’re a FIFO couple, we’d appreciate if you not contact us. We understand we are 2 people however as a couple we would take up 1 room and of course would be happy to contribute slightly more as a couple unit towards the general living spaces. We’re happy not to have the master bedroom either if it’s already occupied and a room with a separate or shared bathroom is fine as we’re away for 2 weeks anyway! We’re not fussy when it comes to rooms. Unfortunately I have witnessed people many times trying to charge us double the amount of a room advertised for 1 person for the exact same room, which never makes sense to me! Let's share everything fairly! So if you’re FIFO and just looking for great housemates to share all living costs then please get in touch with us! Cheers, Bianca + Luke
Hi guys! I'm looking for a new place to call home for me and my dog, Rove. About me: I'm 24 and studying full-time at ECU. I work part-time with varying hours and also volunteer a few of hours a month at a couple of local organisations. I love sport and anything outdoors, even if it's just taking the dog to the beach or having a few drinks and a bbq, I'm always up for it. I bring with me bad jokes and quality banter. About Rove: Rove is a very loving and happy four year old Kelpie X. He gets excited when visitors come round but otherwise he's generally a calm boy. He gets along with other animals and is happy spending his time outside (he has previously only been allowed inside during storms, fireworks and winter nights) He's a lot of fun to have around and really just wants to be your best friend
I’m super friendly and fun, so I am definitely up for socialising and activities! But can also respect privacy and your need for space if that’s what you need. I’m a physio student, and working in retail so can always share my awesome staff discount with you!
I am an easy going, clean, tidy and sociable person that works full time. Looking for people similar to myself and works the same hours. Not into a party house but do like to eat out and have a beer now and again. Very much into my fitness and live an active lifestyle, love dogs also!
