Hi I am Graeme a 38-yr old recently out of a long-term relationship and looking for someone to team up with to apply for a lease together on a house or villa. Ideally seeking a stable, respectful living arrangement for around 12 months.

I work full-time Monday to Friday in the city as a WHS Advisor for a construction company, so I keep regular hours and a consistent routine. I’m clean, tidy, reliable, easy to live with, and value clear communication and personal space.

Outside of work I train at the gym regularly, enjoy hiking, and have been doing sections of the Bibbulmun Track. I may eventually get motivated to try a HYROX though I hate running but apparently it’s what you do at my age 😉. I also enjoy pub quizzes and the occasional computer game, enjoy a drink and a good social activity but I’m not a party house type or go all weekend anymore type.

I’m looking for a pet-friendly house or villa with an enclosed garden, I would declare it and cover pet bond and any costs on that side. I have two dogs a cavoodle and mini-groodle, both non-shedding, who are well-behaved, used to living in rentals, and come with excellent references. They would only be with me some weekends and rarely during the week as they live with my ex the rest of the time and she works from home.

I have most core furniture items already and am happy to buy additional pieces or coordinate furnishings so the place feels comfortable and shared.
