Hello future roommates,

Myself, my partner George and our cat Rue are moving from Brisbane to the Northern Rivers in hopes of a slower paced life.

About us:
I’m Amira. I’m a social worker/therapist, who has a job at a not-for-profit in Lismore. George is a veteran restaurant manager. We have been together for over 10 years. Rue is a 2 ½ year old domestic short hair. She really likes lounging around near a sunny window and having a bit of cuddle and tv time. She’s very easy going and shy until she gets comfortable with new people.

We enjoy quiet mornings with a tea and doing Wordle together before work. We love spending our downtime doing puzzles, watching SNL, going for long walks, making fresh bread or jam, reading, writing, creating in some way and focusing on self-growth practices.

Our Space:
We love creating a calm, restful and warm space where we can unwind after our busy days and feel relaxed. We enjoy being social with our roommates but also appreciate our down time. We like to keep our space tidy and cared for and value open and respectful communication and kind vibes.

Furniture: We come with a refrigerator, washing machine, large oled tv, dining table and chairs, a couch, and a futon. Open to getting rid of any items that don’t suit new home.

We’re looking to move mid-late Jan. We’re happy to provide references. I also have a WWC and police check for my job which I’m happy to pass on.
