I’m 23 yr old queer woman with a love for the arts, entertainment industry and learning. I love community and really value empathy and communication.

I’m a TAFE student, DJ, and bartender, working Thur-Sat nights and doing admin through the week.

I have a lot of pride in my home and looking after my things, which i’ve spent a lot of time and money collecting over the years - manchester, crockery, tools, furniture etc. I LOVE the old mid century style, my home is always a welcoming, warm space filled with dark wood and nostalgic features. I have lived out of home for 6 years, living alone for 2 of those. This makes me a reliable, experienced, clean housemate; but also means I have strong boundaries and routines around the house I like to stick to. Things like reduced late-night noise, always asking to borrow things, communicating with property managers and trades, looking after my home and cleaning up after myself.

I never want anyone to feel uncomfortable in their own space, so regular housemate dinners and making efforts to understand one another is really beneficial for me.

I’m truly a very friendly person who is always accomodating to others needs, checking in and socialising but also giving you your space. I have friends over pretty rarely and don’t party much if ever. I have a partner who stays over often, but I also stay at hers a lot too. This is something i’m more than happy to discuss further and compromise with bills, house rules etc.

I’m looking for a roommate who appreciates stability, safety, comfort, honesty and respect in the home.
