Amy and Rory

Hi! We are looking for a 3rd (female only, 20’s-30’s) housemate to team up with us to find a new place. A house or townhouse would be ideal.
We have been living in Bracken Ridge as housemates in a share house for over 2.5 years but unfortunately our landlord is selling the property.
We are both clean and respectful and get along well. We do love a chat but also appreciate time alone in our rooms and doing our own thing. We are not loud and rarely have visitors but we are also quite easy going.
We don’t have animals but are open to cats and maybe a well behaved dog, although that depends on the property we will be able to find!
We both are looking for a place with air con, preferably 2+ bathrooms and some sort of off-street parking if possible (we both have cars).
We work in education and office, so we both have weekends off.
We are flexible with moving dates but need to find a place by May! The sooner the better though :)
