Greetings potential Flatmate.

I'm a 46-year-old male who works in the Industrial Electrical Connectivity space. I work in a hybrid capacity which entails 3 days a week from home and 2 days a week in the office which is in Western Sydney.

I am clean, tidy, quiet, but very friendly and easy going with a very open mind and free-spirited nature. I am a non-smoker but don't mind living with smokers. I am open to sharing a home with pets. There is very little that upsets me.

The only thing I absolutely require is a solid internet connection so I can work from home, and not too much noise on those days.

I am looking for something in the Illawarra region. Anywhere from North of Wollongong down to Kiama, but would step outside those bounds in the right circumstance.
