Hi!

I am a 24-year-old PhD student who has recently moved from the UK. I'm looking for a team-up with one or two others to find a rental.

I work full time during the week, researching stem cell biology at CMRI in Westmead. I would be looking to live somewhere within cycle distance from there, ideally Parramatta or North Parramatta.

I'm easy going and tolerant and usually up for a chat. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared and private spaces. I've been living in shared houses for over five years and very open with communication. I would occasionally have friends or family coming over and would have no issues with you having guests.

On the weekends I'm often out and about exploring national parks, rock climbing or trying to learn some new water sports.
