I’m clean, respectful, and very easy to live with. I work full-time and travel frequently for work, so I’m often out during the week and keep a quiet, low-impact routine at home.
I’m tidy, clean as I go, and always pay rent and bills on time. I value a calm, comfortable home and am very mindful of shared spaces. I’ve lived in shared houses in the UK and abroad, so I’m used to being considerate, reliable, and communicative.

Socially I’m friendly and approachable , happy to chat when around, but also very respectful of everyone’s space and routines. I’m not a party person and don’t bring noise or disruption into the house
