Hi, I’m 23 and currently working full-time on the Gold Coast. I’m a quiet, respectful and easy-going person who keeps things tidy and enjoys a peaceful home environment.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and exploring the local area. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I take good care of the place I live in.

At the moment I’m looking for a long-term place around Southport. Ideally I’d love a private space such as a granny flat, studio or small unit where I can enjoy my own independence and privacy. My budget is around $300 per week, and it would be great if utilities and internet were included.
