Hey There!

Im Dylan and I'm currently looking for a room to rent for myself. I'm quiet, I clean up after myself and generally self maintained.

I work mainly nights as I Manage a Hotel. So if I'm not at work I'm generally in bed asleep, out seeing friends or working out.

I would prefer a space to myself with either an ensuite or a bathroom to myself. I have a few items to bring such as a bar fridge, TV and Playstation amongst other smaller items.

I currently work in Payneham so listing's near or around that area would be preferred though am willing to travel for work if the place is right.
