"38F, DIDO Emergency Services Officer and shift worker, new to the rental scene after a marriage separation.
I work rotating shifts (days and nights), so I’m often on odd hours — which means I’m quiet during the day when others might be working, and fully respectful of noise and sleep at night.
Two large dogs are part of the package: Angus (Boxer) and Bernie (Chow Chow x rescue). Both are very friendly, excellent housemates themselves — always (well, mostly) under control and well-mannered.
Essential requirements: a fully secure yard and full inside house access for them.
My routine is low-key — work shifts, quality time with the dogs (coastal drives, camping, or home TV nights), and I usually have a project to hyper-focus on, so I’ll be handy when spring cleaning rolls around 😊
Reliable, private, no late nights, noise, or parties (even on my off days). I respect others’ space and boundaries, though I do tend to talk a lot — always up for a good chat when the timing’s right.
