Hi everyone!

My name is Sumin Lee and I’m a 22-year-old from South Korea on a working holiday. I’m already in Sydney and looking for a lovely place to call home!

I’m about to start English school here to focus on my studies. Regarding the rent, I’ve worked part-time for 5 years in Korea, so I have plenty of savings and am very financially stable. You can definitely count on me for on-time payments!

Personality: I’m a very friendly and positive person! I love meeting new people and sharing good vibes.

Experience: I’ve stayed in a homestay before for 3 months, so I’m used to living with others and understand house etiquette.

Lifestyle: I studied Food and Nutrition in Korea. I love swimming, nature, and I'm a huge animal lover!

Habits: I’m a non-smoker and only a social drinker. I like to keep my space and common areas organized and tidy.

I’m currently looking for a place to stay for about 2-3 months starting soon. Since I’m already in town, I’m available for inspections anytime! I’m a responsible person and will treat your house with a lot of respect.
