I am a citizen of China. I have accepted a place in the Master of Nursing at Edith Cowan University and currently hold a subclass 500 student visa. As I mention above, I will study nursing at ECU as international students, which means most of my time will be spent studying at the library or doing clinical placement in hospitals. I will not be at home for long periods during the day, so the wear and tear on the house will be minimal.
I will be staying in Australia for 2 years to complete my study, so I am looking for a stable rental from February 7th. I can only inspect the room online or arrange someone to inspect on my behalf if needed because I am not in Perth until February.
