Hi, my name is Lily.
I’m a friendly, tidy and respectful woman who has lived in Sydney for many years. I’m currently looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable place to live long-term (6–12 months or more).

I don’t smoke and I don’t drink at all. I live a very healthy and peaceful lifestyle. I usually cook simple meals and always keep shared spaces clean and organised. I’m very considerate with noise and always respect other people’s privacy and personal boundaries.

I have a balanced lifestyle — I’m often out during the day for study, errands or appointments, and I enjoy quiet evenings at home. I’m not a party person and I prefer a calm, relaxing home environment.

I have a car, so a place with parking or a garage is ideal for me.

I’m ideally looking to share with one female flatmate who is also calm, mature and respectful. My move-in date is flexible around early February, and I can adjust slightly depending on availability.
