shodai and ryo

We are two Japanese male graduate students (ages 22 and 23) from the same research laboratory, coming to study at the University of Wollongong. We are looking for two private rooms from January 22 to March 31.
On weekdays, we plan to spend most of our time at university from morning to evening, focusing on our studies. We usually keep a regular daily routine and tend to wake up early.
We are tidy, calm, and polite, and we value a clean and quiet living environment. We don’t smoke, rarely drink alcohol, and do not host parties or invite guests.
When possible, we like to cook for ourselves and take good care of shared spaces. In the evenings, we prefer to relax quietly at home.
Although English is not our first language, we are motivated to communicate clearly and respectfully. We are looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place with friendly and considerate housemates, and we would treat the room and the house with care, as if it were our own.
