Sarina and Ishan

Hi, I’m Ishan. I’m a recently admitted Master’s student at UTS, and I’ll be moving with my wife. We’re a Nepali married couple looking for a place in Kogarah or nearby areas close to the station.

We’re both registered pharmacists in Nepal and come from a professional healthcare background. We’re quiet, respectful, and very tidy people who value a clean and peaceful living environment. We don't smoke and drink only occasionally and socially.

We’re responsible tenants, pay rent on time, and treat the place as our own home. We get along well with others but also keep to ourselves and respect privacy. Looking for a long-term stay and a friendly, calm household.
