Looking for a room or rental near Westfield Fountain Gate

We’re looking for a room or rental within walking distance to Westfield Fountain Gate, as we work at the shopping centre.
All tenants are female, Taiwanese, very clean, quiet, respectful, non-smokers, and happy to stay long-term (6 months or more) if the place is suitable.
🐶 About the dog (for pet-friendly options):
We have one large dog who is very shy, extremely quiet, well-trained, and non-destructive.
No barking, no damage, and always well looked after.
We are open to the following options:
