Hi,

I am an incoming academic at UNSW. I am looking to team up with another academic(s) (lecturers, professors, can be responsible postdocs or PhD students) to share or join all-academics (or hospital medical worker etc.) household. I would be spending 3-4 days in Sydney a week (cruising between Canberra and Sydney weekly). Must be close to Eng. UNSW (Randwick) or it must have an amazing connection with. Off-street parking would be a bonus and I would prefer ensuite (own toilet et least). Price negotiable - for the right place willing to pay more.

I am very quiet serious professional and expect the same (no music or parties or loud TV or anything like that). That is why I prefer to team up with academics who share similar lifestyle (working a lot, even after hours working). I won't be splashing my dishes or dirt all around either. I tend to work on my computer till late at nights.

Want to start around 7th Feb, 2026 (but negotiable +/- 1 month, 6-12 months rental).

Would be happy to join existing household or team up and rent something together with 1-2 more people.
