Hey,

I’m Claire (22F). I work full time from home in a discreet role (no calls), so I would be seeking a room suitable for at least a queen size bed and a desk for a workspace. I’m flexible about furnishings. I would ideally like to have my own bathroom/ensuite.

Flexible about stay length and move date.

I do have a small car, so it would be great to have off-street parking, but I’m flexible about that as well.

I spend a lot of my free time making art, reading, listening to music, going for a walk. I may or may not start studying at some point - I’m undecided.

I don’t have pets (but love animals). I don’t smoke or do drugs. I’m tidy and respectful.

Although I’m friendly and can get along with anybody, it’s not important for me to be hugely involved in the lives of my housemates. I’m happy to keep to myself, but equally happy to have a chat and get to know you, since we will be living together. It would be great to find people who share those values.
