Hey 🌸

I’m Claire. I work full time from home in a discreet role (no calls), so I would be seeking a room suitable for at least a queen size bed and a desk for a workspace. Other than that, I don’t have any furniture in terms of the rest of the house, but happy to contribute if need be. Also happy if the room is already furnished as I don’t absolutely need to bring the furnishings I have.

It would be great to have my own bathroom/ensuite. I do have a small car, so it would be great to have undercover parking, but I’m flexible about that as well. I don’t have pets. I don’t smoke or do drugs. I have been in a few sharehouses now, so I’m very conscious of sharing space. I’m tidy and respectful.

I am a very creative person. I spend a lot of my free time making art, reading, listening to music.

Although I’m friendly and can get along with anybody, I’m equally happy to keep to myself at times. But I’d love to get to know you, since we will be living together. It would be great to find people who share those values.
