I am supporting a NDIS client to find suitable accommodation. The client would be paying rent privately, but we are seeking two hours a day of paid NDIS support to the host, to be provided to the participant for basic living tasks. This might include assistance with keeping areas tidy, transportation, companionship and basic daily support. The client has a small pug dog, so this needs to be allowed. The client is quiet, polite and friendly individual, she diagnosed with Autism level 2. She might have family visit at times and her support worker's so the accommodation needs to allow for this. A suitable candidate would be an older female with mothering instincts.
