Hi, I am a single professional working full time and sometimes a second job on the weekends. I am clean, friendly, a gym addict, enjoy nature walks and hikes and going out just as much as I like being at home. More importantly I am respectful and will pay rent on time. I look forward to making new friends but ultimately am hoping to build up a good tenant record so I can eventually apply for my own place.
