Hi, I’m Hoang Hai Trang Nguyen, an 18-year-old student at UNSW. I’ve been living in Australia for almost a year and I’m looking for a calm, long-term place to call home. I’m a very quiet and respectful person, I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I don’t have pets or children. I’m clean, organised, and always make sure shared spaces are kept tidy. I spend most of my time studying, going to uni, or relaxing, so I really value a peaceful and comfortable living environment. I’m easy to communicate with, responsible, and always pay my rent and bills on time. I believe I’m easy to live with because I respect people’s privacy, keep things clean, and maintain a positive and considerate attitude at home.
