Hi, My name is Aaron, im 26, a Non-smoker, no pets, tidy and respectful room mate. I am a former economist, currently a small business owner (escape room), and I plan on studying part time engineering at university this year. I have an interest in science/engineering, getting into a gym routine this year and possibly learning German and/or coding. Trying to find that perfect work life balance, I plan to make the time to be social this year! Wouldn't mind joining a share house near UNSW or teaming up to start a new one, if you think id be a good match send me a msg. Cheers, Aaron :)
I'm a full-time student who's looking for a peaceful place to live along with others. I consider the trustworthiness, friendliness and understanding the primary keys to make friends. Living with these friends, of course, requires even more of these qualities. I understand this and will try for it. I do not have any pet and do not smoke.
We are both working professionals from Essex in the UK - I work for a PR agency and Justin is a secondary school teacher (maths). Justin is a fan of most sports including rugby and swimming, and I enjoy dancing/gym classes. We both work hard during the week and enjoy socialising at the weekends - going to the beach, BBQs etc. We're both easy going and have lived together previously (we've been together 4 years) and are good at keeping things clean and tidy! We can be flexible on the move date if the right place comes up.
Easy going professional working in the city. Pretty much work all week and keep active before and after work. Looking for a place with a chilled vibe with easy going people who also keen clean as I see my self as being clean but not a clean freak. From canberra but have lived in Melbourne for the past few years and now I've moved here so looking for a place for at least 6 months.
Hello, My name is Alex. I'm 27 and working full time in marketing. I'm a pretty social person so I like to catch up with friends after work and on the weekends. I also just like catching up on some good tv with a nice big glass of wine. I'm not a great cook but I do come with a thermomix which I'm happy to share
We are both irish. We have flat shared for 6 years with other people and have never had any problems. We like to keep a clean house and know how to respect people's homes and privacy. Very laid back and enjoy meeting new people. Working full time so usually not home until after 5/6 in the evenings. Like to socialise and do things on our days off.
Friendly, organised, tidy and pay rent on time without fail. I'm a musician and yoga teacher on the side of my work (traffic controller) and studies (sports coaching). I love to practice yoga in a peaceful setting like a park or beach or even indoors in a home. I chill out and play guitar or sit in with a glass of wine and read my kindle! Jose (Pepe) is also very like me however he'd much more prefer to head to the gym after work, get home, put his feet up and watch Netflix! He works in construction and is super handy! We have been together almost two years and have lived together in shared accommodation and also alone in a private studio. We are looking for something easier on our budget to what we are paying currently but still getting the privacy and quiet you'd have from living solo. To be honest, we are both super cool and it would be silly not to have us around!
I'm from Sydney but I've moved around a lot in the last 5 years -- living in San Francisco, Madrid and Brisbane. I've just moved back to study at UNSW so ideally I'd be living in a social house where eating or having a drink together is equally as important as respect each other's space.
Hey! I just got into Medicine at UNSW so moving up to Syd from Melbourne. I love good music, brunch, staying active, drinks, movies, being social. Looking to share a house with likeminded easy-going people who enjoy each other's company, shared meals sometimes, occasional drinks/get togethers. Also like my own space sometimes to chill out/study. Definitely not looking to share a house with people who rarely emerge from their own rooms.
Hi I'm Roxanne, a 27yo Project Manager working at Adobe. I work full time and like to relax on weeknights and sometimes think of myself as a masterchef in the makting. On weekends I usually catch up with friends & family, try new brunch spots and bars or just chill with some netflix! I'm an easy going person and am mindful of peoples privacy but do enjoy unwinding with a friend/roommate after a long day over dinner and a drink.
Hi, My name is Loretta, I'm 24 from Perth and am relocating to Sydney with my work (accountant). I am looking for an unfurnished bedroom that can fit a queen bed in a share house / flat share close to the CBD. I preferably want off street parking. An inbuilt wardrobe would be a plus! My budget is max. $300 per week (not including bills). As I work full time I would likely only be around at night and on weekends. My partner is relocating to Canberra and we plan to alternate weekends between the two places. As such, I would like a place that can accommodate having my partner stay every other weekend (noting that I will be away every other weekend in Canberra). I enjoy hiking / coastal walks, trying new restaurant, good TV shows and the odd glass of red. I like a clean and tidy environment and would make sure to do my share of the housework. I have also previously lived in a sharehouse. Please message me if you have a place that might suit :) I arrive in Sydney on Monday, 23rd Jan so can come and view places between then and 6 Jan (my preferred move date).
I'm a focused and driven professional with an amazing career in advertising. I am also an International motivational speaker and Evangelist. I have a great sense of humour, I love my life and live it to its absolute fullest 💯😊
I am looking for a place to call home in a share house/apartment. I am very easy going, clean and quite busy with work. I'm not looking for a party house although I do enjoy to have a wine after work. I have been overseas for the past 2 years traveling and living in Sweden, although I am an Aussie originally from North QLD. I am planning on traveling again later in the year although nothing is set in stone so would ideally be looking for a room for 6 months or so. Let me know if this would suit :)
Hi there, I'm moving from London to Sydney for a six month job offer in the TV industry. Originally from Italy, I'm clean, respectful, very easy-going, nice and chilled.
Hi! I am Dana, a 21-year-old Dutch girl moving to Sydney this February to do an internship in fashion. I'm looking for a furnished room in a shared house for about 5 months. Really looking for a place to call home. I would love to have dinners/wine together after work or on weekends. Also I'm very excited to explore Sydney and meet new people! I'm a social and easy-going person and a really clean and considerate housemate. Oh and I love cats:)
Hi there, I am a positive and easy-going 31-year old Dutchy who will be in Sydney from Feb 11 - May 24, 2017 to attend a full-time graphic design course in Sydney CBD. I have arranged a short stay from Feb 11 - Feb 18, so I need to move in latest on Feb 18. If you feel you have the need to meet me before in person, that would be possible during this week. A little bit about myself: I love the sun, sharing meals (and cooking them), yoga, exploring and many other things that are too much to list here. If you want to know more, please feel free to ask any time! :-) As I will be studying occasionally when I am home, I am looking for a private room in a sharehouse with easy-going and respectful flatmates, who keep the noise down and keep the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom clean. I like socialising, but also like my privacy. I suppose it is a matter of finding the right balance with your flatmate(s). I will not bring any furniture, so the room needs to at least have a bed, a wardrobe and preferably a desk as well. Don't mind to share a bathroom. I love pets and don't mind sharing the space with them. So, if you are clean, know how to have a good chat and live close to the city, you have the place I am looking for! Please contact me! Cheers, Noor
Hi, there My name is Laura, I am a student in UNSW doing my master degree in finance. I am a quit girl, non-smoking, and easy going! I'm a Chinese girl, and i lived in Australia for about 3yrs. And my hobby is baking, I would like to share my homemade cake with you, it's really amazing! By the way, I want to buy a car in the next semester so I hope there is a car park available. Ps. Please contact me online or email me, because I am traveling home for Chinese New Year I afraid I can't receive overseas message. Regards, Laura.
Hey guys! I'm arriving in Sydney on 1st February for working holiday and looking for an accommodation in Sydney. I am a sociable person. I don't smoke. I like to drink sometimes but I don't get too drunk and crazy. I'd like if my housemates can be friends to hang out with as well. I am an Indonesian Chinese female on WHV. Initially, I think on most days I will go out to explore the city and find a job. I am usually a night owl but I'm trying to change a bit, wake up in the morning to exercise. I don't cook many kinds of food, just simple things like grilled salmon, pasta, salad, ramen. And I'd be happy to share if you like :) I speak English well, and also Mandarin Chinese. I mostly like to live in a clean house so I don't mind cleaning the common rooms whenever I have time. But, I'd also like people to take responsibility in taking care of the house.
I secured an apartment in Oct (2016), Spring St - Rosebery, & now have 1 room available (unfurnished & with own bathroom) in an open plan layout apartment with free-flowing living area. Bedroom 1 (master) = 3.7mx3m - Small balcony, ensuite bathroom = $345 ($350 with parking). Bedroom 2 = 4.1mx3m - seperate bathroom = $325. Due to most of the contents in the kitchen & lounge belonging to my housemate who is leaving, the apartment will require some refurnishing. Ideally this place will suit someone who already has furnishing & is looking for something new (preference given for the master room in that regards) or someone who is willing to contribute to furnishing the apartment. I will however endeavour to have items replaced prior to the move in date (starting with the Kitchen). Please see add for further info: https://flatmates.com.au/P486906 **no couples (tenancy agreement).** If contacting by phone during work hours, and I don't answer, please leave a msg for me to get back to. About myself: I'm a 31yr old Male and work full time as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, in Mascot. Occasionally studying or catching up on paperwork (nature of the industry). Quite focused on work, more so than I should be at times. However I still enjoy mixing in the social side as to distance myself from a long day/week/ etc. I get involved with going to the gym, & sports when I can make the time. As well time watching movies or sitting around playing on the PS4. Looking for the same qualities in people: clean, responsible, respectful, independent, & easy to be around.
Hi there. My wife and me are looking for a place to share with another couple. We are 34/35 years old, married since 2010, we are formed in advertising and we are living here in Sydney to improve our English skills until the end of this year 2017. We are rather respectful and quiet people. But we are friendly as well and like to chat and make new friends. We also enjoy to have our own privacy wich is important. We are extremelly organized and we like to keep the house we live clean and tidy and a good athmosphere. So we would like to find with people with similar thoughts who are looking not only for someone to share the bills but also to have a good environment to call home. Cheers
Now in my fifth year of uni (engineering/commerce), local student. I'm a pretty quiet, chill and clean guy. I don't spend much time at home since I'm either at uni or work. Love to play any sports, socialise and drink :)
Hey Everyone! My name is Yann, I'm a 31 y.o. male, working in IT, moving to sydney for at least a year. I need to find a place for the 25-30th of January. My spouse Audrey, 29, is coming too to work, but she'll arrive several weeks after me, mid feb. We are respectful, well-mannered, non smoking persons. We like to live in harmony with people, respecting others is essential. We are very open minded and enjoy sharing a drink :) But as we'll work, we need to find a place where we can rest and be peaceful when needed. Searching for roommate(s) that is/are also working and share the same open minded attitude! Looking for a furnished room or appartement, with a double bed for my spouse and i. Don't hesitate to contact me!
We are newlyweds starting a new life in Sydney from South Africa. Being home owners ourselves back home, we value what a good tenant is and we are very house proud. We need a private apartment with a private bathroom.
Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney next year, and this particular flavour of masters focuses on radiation physics in medical context. So like cancer treatment, imaging technology and whatnot. I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, some kind of employment and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. My sport of choice is weightlifting so I got decent at cooking since one of the things we in the community like to do is eat a lot. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
My boyfriend and I are new to Sydney and looking for a great place to live! We're from the UK, on working holiday visas and looking for a new place to call home! We're both into running and fitness! Enjoy the occasional beverage or two in the evenings and weekends! Always up for socialising but happy to keep ourselves to ourselves too! Both really tidy and have done house shares for years before! :) Would love to hear from you if you have a room going or interested in teaming up to find somewhere!
I am a respectful flatmate, non-smoker, clean and easy to live with looking for like minded people. I enjoy sport, exercising, reading and meeting new people. I work in Education and usually spend Monday to Friday trying to keep fit while socialising with friends on the weekend.
Hi, My name is Jourdon and I am a UNSW scholarship student currently working at the investment bank Rothschild. I am looking for housing for the next 6 months near the city or a train line to facilitate easy access to work. I am a neat person with minimal personal items and am simply looking for a private room with enough space to hang my clothes and fit a king single or double bed. I've lived overseas for last 6 months in America on University Exchange in shared housing so I am house trained and work well with people of all demographics and age groups.
I like clean and organised environment. I am very reliable and trustworthy. I love my job so i guarantee stability financially. I am very friendly and sociable. I do not party a lot but it does not mean i cant party at all, when i do it is all about fun. I sometimes just like quite, chilled and relaxed days and nights. I work as Customer Service Manager for Australia Post Corporate and i also do sales. I can move at anytime.

Hi there, I'm looking for an unfurnished room with own bathroom, off street parking would be nice but not a must have. Looking to share apartment with just one other person. I'm a professional worker originally from NZ and have been in Sydney since Oct 2015. I'm looking for somewhere to call home and I completely understand the need for respect of personal space. I'm a social person that would rather go out to meet friends and my normal weekend includes a 6km walk each day with Sunday being housework day. I also like to share a meal or drink with a flatmate once a week as its makes for a happier home. My lease expires mid February and I'm looking to move sometime that month. P.S. Yes I'm also an All Black fan.

I'm not a big party person but always down for a few social beers! Looking for a fun house with other young professionals who like to spend time together and not locked away in their room.
Hi, my name is Ula, I'm a Polish born Sydney girl working in media, and completing my masters degree. Myself, Charlie, am from Brisbane coming Sydney for a change. We are very tidy and clean, respectful to other flatmates, quiet at home, have outgoing personalities, quite often out of the house and love cooking. We are seeking to stay until November/December 2017, preferably in a furnished room with double beds or queen/king sized bed. A window with good sunlight would be a plus. If you have a listing that fits us, we will be glad to hear from you! Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Charlie and Siran

Hi, we're from Poland and we're both in our early 30's. We love sport and we like to spend our leisure time actively. I (Justyna) study and work part-time and Michał works full time as a personal trainer. We're not party animals, however we're sociable and easygoing people, who enjoy a good conversation, watching movies and playing board-games. We're quite busy during a week, so we need space to relax. We're looking for a place, which we call out home, not only a place to sleep. We're responsible and reliable flatmates. We respect other's privacy ,but don't mind having a good time together. We like clean environment as well...

Our main interests include fashion (no clues there), visiting art exhibitions/museums, keeping fit at the gym, drawing and photography. I am a cardiologist moving back to Sydney to work at St Vincent's Hospital in February 2017. I like to live in a clean and tidy home and hope to find a flatmate who shares these ideals! I want somewhere furnished with a private bathroom near St Vincent's Hospital, or with good public transport links. I am from Malaysia, but have lived in Auckland, London, Melbourne and Sydney since my time at university. Most of my effort is committed to work and study, but I do enjoy good food and wine, especially with good company.
Hey Hey! So i just moved back to Australia from New York. Currently crashing with my parents in Kirribilli and I'm dying to move closer to the city and to a younger area. The silence in the suburbs is killing me compared to the manhattan lifestyle I've become used to! I'm 31, male, very neat, almost OCD in that aspect. I'm generally quiet, i like to be friends with whomever i live with but i also like my privacy at times. I'm into fitness, seeing friends and being social but my party days are long behind me! I do have a little ragdoll cat named Henry who would love to live in an apartment with friendly people, he adores human company although prefers to be left alone. He will always be near you and will come to you when he wants a good patting. He barely makes a noise and is so charming, is used to dogs so no problem if you have a pet. I hope to hear from you soon!
I'm moving up from Wollongong for uni, so I'm a bit nervous but also excited to become more independent. I'll be studying Science/Arts at UNSW this year, majoring in Biology and Japanese Studies. I like watching movies and reading books, and also playing netball and other sports. I'm quiet and tidy, but also enjoy socialising.
