Hey there housemate hunters, James here. I'm excited to be searching for a room to share in a house/apartment in Sydney for the very first time. After studying and living in Melbourne post high school I've spent the last 10 years living in London and most recently New York but have decided to spend some time closer to family and enjoy the great city of Sydney. So far it's been pretty awesome. A country Vic native I used to work as a corporate lawyer but now work in operations for tech start-ups. I am very easy-going, tidy and love socialising with my housemates but also mutual respect of space and privacy is important at the same time. I don't drink or smoke but love to socialise and am really looking forward to making the most of my next 6-12 months (at least) in Sydney - I have the dream of learning to surf while back in Australia but knowing myself it will likely remain a dream. In the meantime I'm looking to pick the tennis racquet up again after quite a hiatus. Ideally I'd like to live in Surry Hills, Paddington, Potts Point, Darlinghurst, Redfern, Newtown, Alexandria or Bondi areas but it's a new rental canvass for me to explore so I'm open to anywhere relatively central with good public transport connections. Please drop me a line if you think we might be a housemate match. Looking for early November move-in. Cheers, James
I’m Lydia 25 from the UK, here sponsored! I’m easy going and just like living in a nice and clean space. I work random hours so am out a lot but defiantly up for living with people who also enjoy a glass of wine together sometimes! I’m defiantly a big outdoorsy person so sometimes may feel like I’m not there most the time.
Hi! My name is Marco, I'm 28 years old and I work full time in the CBD as an IT Consultant. I'm easy going, social and my hobbies are almost anything to do with fitness, music and good TV shows. My move date is quite flexible and would ideally like to find someone to start a new lease with. Let me know if you are interested and we could start looking for the perfect place - for me this would be close to public transport & city, modern, clean, cozy, have space to entertain, each their own bathroom and bedrooms large enough to fit all my stuff :) I also have pretty much all the furniture for common areas. Cheers!
Hi, I'm a ballet and contemporary dancer currently living in Moscow, Russia, but will be moving at the end of December to Sydney for a new job. Grew up in Alice Springs, Australia. I previously studied and worked in Germany and Russia for 6 years. I like going out for social events or dinners/drinks with friends, but I also like relaxing at home after a long day of work. Looking for a place with easy travel to Ultimo/Central station and now and then Circular Quay/Wynyard due to work. I hope to hear from you soon! :)
***Please do not contact me if your flat is more than 10 mins walk away from a train station. I am solely looking on the T4 line - Bondi junction, Kings Cross, Surry Hills/Central area, Redfern, Zetland. Thank you! I'm a registered nurse working in a GP office, with regular hours! I love weight training and bodybuilding (fitness model/sports model divisions). In my spare time I like to travel, go to the beach or hang out with friends. I rarely eat out, mostly cooking meals at home. I'm very tidy and sociable, but I respect people's need for privacy and alone time. I'd prefer to have built-in wardrobes as I have a lot of clothes! And I also have a queen size bed to bring with (but still need to buy a bed frame).
Hi I’m Hayley :) I’m currently in the hills area but I work in the CBD so I'd like to live somewhere a bit closer to shorten the commute. I’m easy to live with and am looking for some similar housemates. I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key. I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. Feel free to contact me if you have a room coming up which might suit.
Hi, all! We are a friendly Russian couple (Kate and Zak) who move to Sydney in February 2019 and slowly looking for a great place to stay for the whole visa duration (4 years). Zak has got the scholarship from UNSW and going to do his postgraduate research towards PhD in the School of Minerals and Energy Resources Engineering (UNSW). Zak has already finished his MSc in this school recently. Kate is an architect and going to enjoy Sydney and might be working full-time or part-time while Zak is studying. We think that we are a great couple to share the flat (house) with. We are very clean, not very noisy, don't smoke and not partying much. We love sport, such as fitness, hiking and swimming. We have no problem to communicate with the neighbours. Zak is studying a lot, and you may not see him a lot. We will have no problem to pay as Zak's scholarship will fully cover this kind of expenditures. Looking forward to hearing from potential neighbours or landlords, Sincerely, Zak and Kate
Hey! We are a young professional, easy-going and quirky couple looking for a place to call home. :) Sasha works in marketing whilst studying an MBA. Her hobbies include pole dancing and watching trashy TV shows, and she has the (unfortunate) tendency of crying when her favourite Bachelor contestant is sent home. Larry works in the not-for-profit sector. In his spare time, he can be found working out at the gym, watching movies or doing some mindfulness meditation. We are looking to move in late November to early December so we are all set up before Christmas. We also want to make sure that we are living close to public transport, preferably a train station. If this sounds like the right fit for you, please do not hesitate to reach out and also include the price for a couple to rent your room. We look forward to meeting you! :) Sasha and Larry

Hi, My name is Andy. I'm a full time professional working from Monday to Friday. I'm clean, easy going and respectful of others. I'm looking for nice, friendly and clean housemates to live with, working professionals preferred. I'm not a party animal, so It'd be nice if there are not many big parties at home. I do like to social with flatmates over wine or watching TV sometimes, otherwise I like to enjoy my own down time at home after busy work.
Hi there! My name is Tihomir from Bulgaria or Tim as everybody calls me here. I've been in Sydney for nearly four years now as I am holding a working visa with intention to switch to a PR visa . I am very easygoing and I like to keep the place I am living in very clean and tidy. People say that I am silly and make them laugh :D I work a lot and I like going to the gym after work so you won't see me very often :) I like people who I can get along with. I hope to see you very soon!!

Hi everyone, we're looking for TWO spare bedrooms! I'm a working law student, and my friend is from the UK who's in Sydney for a year on a working visa, and we're looking for a place to stay! We're friendly and sociable, but really respectful of others and always keep our place tidy. Feel free to message if you think you have something suitable!
Hello my name is Billy and I'm looking to share a 2 bedroom apartment within my preferred locations. Also my move in date is just a guide as I'm flexible with my dates. I currently work in medical science which is new for me as I have an Automotive & Aeronautical engineering background. I am normally shy and introverted but can be the opposite once I get to know you. I am very responsible, trustworthy and mindful of people's property, I mind my own business and for the most part enjoy doing my own thing. I am accommodating, placid, easy to get along with and enjoy conversations on whichever comes to mind. I am a clean freak who takes pride in keeping my place neat and tidy, I love reading and watching movies with the occasional outing with friends, I am not as wild as I used to be :)
Hi I’m an international student, studying law and marketing at USyd. I’m pretty easygoing and I like to keep my accommodation clean and quiet. Looking for a temporary accommodation that I can stay in between of my two holidays while I’ll be away from Sydney.
I’m a professional who works 9-5 Mon-Fri with evening events. I have a good network of friends who I enjoy spending time with. Not much of a cook! Tidy and easy to live with, although out of practice living with flat mates as I’m in the processing of separating from my husband. Seeking secure parking, en-suite bathroom, and friendly flatmate(s) who don’t mind socialising at times and staying private to do our own things at other times.
