I’m a 28-year-old guy from Slovakia, and after four years living in the CBD I’m moving to the Freshwater area for a full-time job. I’ve never been late with a bill in my life.

I’m tidy, clean and easy-going. I don’t have OCD, I just genuinely like a clean home especially shared spaces - so I prefer a place where everyone keeps the common areas tidy. I’m social and happy to chat, but I also appreciate quiet and personal space.

I live a healthy lifestyle: I eat well, go to the gym about five times a week, and love spending time at the beach. Respect is what I give and what I expect in return.

I’m looking for a share house/apartment around Manly or Freshwater, starting from mid-December.
