Hey,

I'm Stefan, 33 years old. I lived and worked in Perth as a civil engineer, but moved to Sydney for work. I am on a 2:1 roster, so I won’t be home all the time, but I’m looking for some cool people to live with and hang out when I am. A neat home with chill vibes and like-minded housemates is what I’m after, people who enjoy a mix of socializing and respecting personal space.

A little bit about me:
I’m an easygoing guy who enjoys spending time with friends, whether it’s chatting, doing sports, or just relaxing. That said, I also respect personal space and privacy. In all my previous house shares over the years, we’ve had a good balance of hanging out, cooking together, watching movies, or just having a chat, while also doing our own thing. I’m not a clean freak, but I like to keep things tidy and have no problem pitching in with household chores.
