I’m a professional male, moving back from the Gold Coast. I like my privacy and would respect yours but love a chat as well. I’m clean, compliant and try to get out to the gym (I'm trying very hard). I’m looking for a longer term rental, nice working people would be the best for me
My name is Sarah and I'm from Norway, but I've been studying and living in Australia for the last 3,5 years. I have currently completed my bachelor's degree in Film and Television Production at JMC Academy. Because I've studied a bachelor, I'm permitted to get a graduate visa which allows me to work in Australia for 2 years. I'm working at Zimmermann at Westfields in Bondi Junction at the moment. I'm an outgoing person who likes to socialise and get to know the people I live with, either if that's over a glass of wine, dinner, go to exhibitions, concerts, the beach or watch a movie. At the same time, I'm also happy to do my own thing. I've been living in share houses for several years, so I know how important it is to respect the people I live with as well as being clean and tidy. If there's anything else you want to know about me please don't hesitate to ask :)
Hello! My name is Nicole, I am 25 years old. I have just finished my masters in Occupational Therapy and have a full time position. I am an easy going and friendly person who loves to socialise and meet new people. In my spare time, I love to explore and walk through new places, swim, meditate and spend time with friends :) I have lived in a share house in Melbourne for the last two years and have spent quite a bit of time travelling, so I understand how to live with people. I hope to hear from you soon! Nicole
Hey, I'm Lindsay! I'm a full time student at UNSW/work part time on weekends. Any spare time I do have is usually spent either cooking, keeping active or catching up with friends over brunch or a vino. Looking for a private room in a share house close(ish) to UNSW, with students or young professionals around the same age. Looking to move in end of Jan/start of Feb 2019. 4+ years of share house living - I'm easy going yet clean/neat, friendly/social but like my own space at times and will respect yours also.
Hey there! I'm 20 years old studying med science at Sydney Uni. I'm a mix of ethnicities (Australian/American/Indonesian) and have been living in California for the past 7 years before coming back to the homeland down unda. I play/coach soccer and like spending free days at the beach for a surf or chilling out with friends. I'm looking for a tidy home to live in long term. Feel free to send me a message anytime! Move in date is FLEXIBLE.
Work in the city and use my weekends to get outdoors. Enjoy an active lifestyle, surfing and hiking, cooking and music. Easy going personality, reliable and clean housemate. A nice living environment is important to me. Looking to live close to transport and with easy going people that are happy to have a chat and share a bottle of wine.
Hey guys, I'm Sherry! I am 23 years old and will be moving to Sydney fairly soon for a job offer at GTA Consultants. I'll be working fulltime Monday through Friday. I'm looking for a place (preferably an all female-flat) to call home that is within 30 minutes from the CBD via public transport. I'm from Brisbane so I wouldn't mind having flatmates who'd be up for an adventure once in while. I am easy-going, very clean, tidy and reliable when it comes to bills and so on. This is not my first time in a share house. I enjoy a good laugh and have a huge appreciation for travelling, different foods, nature, live music and meeting new people. I would really like to live with other like-minded people and young working professionals. When I'm not working I like to relax with a good book and sometimes a Netflix binge is necessary. I like to socialise, but I also respect others downtime and enjoy time out for myself. I am looking for a place to move in to from 25th January (however, this date is flexible as my starting date is on the 11th February). I will be coming down to Sydney on the 18th January through to 21st for viewings and meetups. Please, if you want to know more just send me a message! :)
Hi there! My name's Sarah - I work at UNSW and am currently looking for somewhere new, either a bit closer to work or any kind of body of water :) I'm a pretty easy going, clean and tidy flatmate. Not a great cook - so hey, I won't take up the kitchen that often ;) Bit of an arts enthusiast - at my happiest when I'm at a gig, an art gallery, the movies, etc. I also sing in an acapella group, which is a lot of fun (and yes, a fair bit like Pitch Perfect, haha). Work can be quite hectic, so on weeknights I often just like to chill out in my room in front of a good TV show. I'm very independent and respectful of other people's space and privacy. But always keen to have a chat, or go out for drinks/dinner every now and then too. It'd be great to share with people who'd eventually become friends as well :)
I work full-time on the Sydney Swans media team. I moved from Canberra to Sydney earlier this year to take up this position. Outside work I run, go on coastal walks and watch plenty of sport. I am a very friendly guy and a quiet and clean housemate.
Hi, I am Shreya, 25, PhD student at UNSW where I have been working for a year now. I am looking for a place to move in, mid-January 2019 onward, preferably for long-term. I can bring my own bedroom furniture if need be. I am usually at uni on weekdays. I like socializing and being outdoors on selective weekends and am also happy chilling out at home and reading a book on others. I am into painting, hiking and some sports. I am tidy, easy-going and sociable while also being respectful of others' space. I am happy to cook my own food and/or share meals.
I'm leaving behind my place in Balmain and moving east to find a cosy home near the beach. A couple things about me: - Love good grub and big on cooking for friends and family (and inevitably always make too much). - Happiest when outdoors and already looking forward to morning ocean dips. - Spend my weekends meeting pals, going for walks, reading the papers, cooking big brunches and having mellow movie nights. - Keen to live somewhere homely and relaxed. Not big on rules (but also not big on clutter). - Sadly have to live a gluten-free life as I'm coeliac so would be delighted to find a gluten-free housemate to make things easier. - Ideally looking for an unfurnished room in an exisiting place. Most importantly I'm after a great housemate or two!
Hey there! My name is Lyka and I am 26 years old. :) I am currently working full-time in the disability/childcare industry. I live a pretty hectic life. I say this because I sometimes work 60+ hours per week (daytime and evenings) and if I am not working, I like getting out and about like going on walks or hikes, going to the gym or just merely socialising with friends. I want to live in a place with people who I can get along with and I want to live in a place that is NOT a party house. Ideally, I am looking for people who are respectful especially in terms of noise levels (not too loud music please!) and for bringing the party at home. The days of me partying hard and getting wasted is long gone now - I am more of a "work-home-work-home-repeat" person nowadays. With my busy working schedule, a good night of sleep is definitely needed, I am looking to live with people who are quiet and considerate - someone who is in the same boat as me. I work in social services/disability/childcare so someone who does NOT smoke and does NOT do drugs is a MUST - read: NO DRUG USERS, NO SMOKERS - yes, VAPES too. Okay, you might think that I am an anti-social person. But no! I like to be social! I love sharing meals, having random cooking sessions, watching the evening news on the telly or watching movies, etc. I am happy to have some of our friends over too for random get-togethers on weekends. I am a very chill individual but not until my sleeping gets interrupted by loud music at 2AM. Please, leave those decibels in the pub/bar/club/at your friend's house/outside. I am fine with family member/s coming over for a few days/weeks/months, I think they are the best guest/s that a house could get! :) Girlfriends/boyfriends/tinder dates are welcome too but no loud sex please. :( In flat-sharing, communication is very important. No one likes conflicts within a household - seriously, no one. I hope that I find flatmates who are good communicators and not someone who gets passive-aggressive. I want to live people who are clean, tidy and who can clean up after themselves. I am not a fan of having schedules on who will clean what on when and that is why having the initiative to clean and the ability to clean up after yourself is a must. And especially, to end all of this banter, I want to live with people who are sensitive and considerate in terms of noise pollution. I am very much open to starting a new flatshare within the Eastern Suburbs, preferably more than 12 months. Other locations are fine too as long as there is easy access to public transportation to my workplace/s. If you think I could be a potential housemate and if you ever want to meet me, feel free to drop me a line. :) Thanks heaps! Looking forward to hearing from you. :)
I'm a very mature 22 year old, looking for a nice place with people who are neat, clean and tidy as I am. I love fitness and being outdoors and spending time with friends and family (who mostly live in Brisbane). Please contact me if you feel I could be what you're looking for :)
I’m an easy going guy who work full time, do a lot of sports, gym and outdoor activities. I like to have my own space to relax after long hours of work, but also like to spend time for a glass of wine, a beer, or also Netflix with flatmates. I’ve been traveling other countries, lived in New Zealand for a year, and I have been in Sydney over 4 years. Now I’m looking to find a place with people around my age to enjoy better this Aussie journey.
Hello, I’m currently in Wagga Wagga as I moved here almost two years ago with my partner. Things haven’t worked out and I plan on moving back to Sydney to be closer with friends and family. I have a full time job secured in St Leonard’s. I have a gorgeous 6 year old pug. Very well behaved and toilet trained - so I would need a balcony or little yard. I’m very easy going. Like being social, but also like to have a bit of me time. I like a clean house. :)
