Hi everyone! We're a couple (24-30) from Barcelona, we arrived in Sydney two months ago with Work and Holiday Visa. Fortunately we found a sponsor, so we're changing to 457 Temporary Work Skilled Visa. We're looking for a sunny and clean STUDIO or loft to stay a long term. Available to move from mid-February. We're full-time workers, Ester is an interior designer and James is a live audio engineer. Thank you! James and Ester,
I'm a full time IT professional looking to share a place with people that are tidy, respect privacy and are fun to hang out with! Originally from Melbourne, I’ve been working on Sydney for about two years and plan on staying here in the long term. I'm also looking for a place with secure, undercover parking for my car.
I've just graduated from uni as an engineer and will be coming over from Perth to work for John Holland in Sydney. I'm also a comedy writer and filmmaker and have worked on a number of shows for the ABC and international networks over the last few years so I love to have a laugh. I also love sport, cooking, PlayStation, board games and surfing. I'm very easy going and enjoy pretty much hanging out with anyone - girls and guys - so if you want someone who loves to have a good time but also cooks up a mean carbonara I'm your man.
My two housemates and I are experienced housemates. We have all lived together for over a year and work long hours, we enjoy getting out and are super clean at home. We’re social, chilled out but also do our own things. We currently reside in a 3 bedroom home in Ryde but want to move closer to the eastern suburbs and the beaches. We’re cool with smokers, pets, LGBT+, younger and older peeps and, if the right place comes along, are open to teaming up with new housemates but are ideally looking for a 3 bedroom place just for us.
Kirsty - moved from the UK in 2013, working full time at Sydney Uni. Emma - moved from the UK in January, recently starting working in the CBD. Looking for our own rooms in a shared house or our own apartment, preferably a furnished property. We enjoy socialising together in our spare time and would like to be able to do so with other housemates. Enjoy exploring Sydney in our spare time and meeting new people. We are both clean, tidy and respectful of other housemates and the property

My name is Howard I am from Ireland I am working full time in IT for UNSW. I am tidy, very easy to get on with and like to keep fit - surf, run. I am also quite and reliable. I am looking for somewhere relaxed, quite and modern and hope to find friendly flat mate. I am a permanent resident so looking for something long term. My budget is about $380. Always respect your own privacy but hope we can do the odd thing together :) I will be working in UNSW so somewhere relatively close to that area. I would like somewhere quite (ie not on or facing a main road) Let me know if you think I would be suitable? Thanks Howard
Am from Griffith, nsw originally, I've just finished studying history and anthropology at macquarie and looking for a place to live until the exhibition I am currently working for is packed up and moved on. I'm easy going, won't take up a lot of space, and will likely be out of the house most days. Won a massive haul of meat trays at a pub raffle recently so there's that too.
Hello! I'm Florence, and I'm moving to Sydney in June this year - I know I'm advertising early but I want to get things organised as soon as possible! If anyone is moving out of their share house/will have an empty room around the beginning of June to the middle of July (and you think I look like a nice person, which I think I am), please let me know :) About me: I've been living between Darwin and Canberra for the last few years - my parents live in Darwin and I've been studying an English degree at ANU (I'm graduating mid-2018, hence the move). I'm a pretty organised person, and am neat and tidy without being a menace to live with. I love the outdoors, and really enjoy running, swimming, pilates... generally keeping fit. I also love reading. I don't smoke and I don't drink very much, but I'm pretty social and would love to make some new friends through this move! I like getting along and spending time with the people I live with (but every one needs their personal space too) and I'd love to live with people who enjoy eating together sometimes or doing things on the weekends together. I like cooking and eat healthily so I'm keen to show off/experiment/learn cool tips. I'm pretty busy and active naturally, so I want to meet people who like to get out of the house and do some fun things! (camping, anyone? Coast trips?) I am an early riser so I like to be able to sleep at night - I'm going to be working full time by July so I probably won't suit a party house! Saying that, I love listening to music (who doesn't) and have been known to be an enthusiastic singer. Also, I listed suburbs that I've heard of as being nice and not extortionate in terms of price, but if you live somewhere else funky nearish the CBD please let me know :) Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks for reading.
