Hello, my name is Andrew. I'm a 30 year old lad from Ireland. Currently back in Ireland but flying back on the 29th of January. Once I'm back I will be going for a surgery on my shoulder at the start of Feb, so places with few steps and a walk in shower are a big plus!

I am currently looking for places in the eastern suburbs or inner city as these areas are where most of my appointments and consultations will be and it's the area I'm most familiar with. My budget is between $350 and $400 but could stretch slightly more for the right price. Also looking for somewhere that has like-minded People in there mid-late 20s to 30s but definitely not a deal breaker.

Before leaving Ireland I was a software engineer and a part time lecturer. I try to stay fit and active as much as I can, love food, love cooking (decent kitchen would be a big plus!), all things with an engine and have a deep interest in Japan and am currently studying Japanese. I love being in nature, taking walks and coffee stops.

I don't drink or smoke so no need to worry about me being a party animal. I am a social person and enjoy being around people whether that be for drinks, board games or just the chats. I'm tidy respectful, easy going, desecrate and respectful others time, space and energy. All I ask is that you respect mine. I have no issues with pets as I've grown up with them all my life from being from a farming background (but definitely have a preference towards dogs). I'm looking for people with similar mindsets and values.
