Looking for a housemate to team up with to find a place to live. Currently living by myself and missing having a housemate!! I'd love to live with someone who is easy going, keen to hang out and watch Netflix or cook together and always keen for a glass of wine at the end of the day. I have a small dog so you would have to love animals to live with me, also he does shed a lot, which I do clean up after him as best and as much as I can, but if you don’t like dog hair hanging around the house then you won’t like living with Patches. I'm a clean and tidy person and would love to live with someone who is the same. I work 9-5 so would be great to live with a shift worker so we can both have time to have the place to ourselves, but not a deal breaker. Contact me if you’re interested in Teaming up to find a place!
Hey there, I'm Ra! I'm a 25 year-old, third-year Fine Arts student. I currently live in Chippendale and work in retail (looking to find something more up my alley soon). I'm an installation artist and a talkative, caring soul up for chats and adventures. I'm looking for an artist-friendly place, with like-minded, laid-back souls to share a bit of life with for a while.
I’m an easy going, friendly, professional seeking someone like myself who is considerate and respectful of the other person/s living with them. At home I enjoy quiet time playing video games or binge watching Netflix but also occasionally like to be social and share a meal or a drink over a sassy chat. During the week I work full time in the CBD and typically have a routine which revolves around work, gym followed by trashy TV in the evenings. On weekends I generally like to be outdoors doing things especially during the day. My family live in Melbourne and I try to visit them one weekend every month so you’d get the place to yourself regularly. I don’t mind having friends around as long as both parties are ok with it, personally I prefer to limit parties in the home to pre drinks before a night out or the occasional get together with friends. It’s important to me that home is a peaceful sanctuary so I’m quite clean and tidy, taking pride in the way my home looks. All in all I’m pretty easy to live with and it’s highly likely you’ll end up making a friend for life so if I sound like someone that you’d like to live with or you’d like to know more about me before making a decision, hit me up and we can suss each other out. Hey hey future roomies! My name is Kurtis and my partner Avishka and I are looking to move house! I am just in Redfern at the moment but have also lived in Rozelle with Avi living in Ryde. I am currently studying my Master of Architecture at UNSW and Avi has just finished his degree in Commerce. We are both 23, love a cheeky wine, and just to chill about. Avi loves to eat and loves to cook, so if you’re really lucky he might cook a family meal. We are both a lot of fun and are very respectful guys. We like to keep fit and explore Sydney on the weekends. And love to binge watch movies and/or Netflix. We have been together for and year and a half, and I have lived in share houses for the last two. We are both familiar with living with people and get along with almost anyone. I should mention we are also both working and I actually work away for three days a week so lucky you (you get to have Avi all to yourself for half the week). Avi is in customer care so will know how to take care of any future roomie, and I work in an architecture firm. We would love to come and meet up, for a drink or two, and get to know you a bit more. We are both super keen to make a move looking to move within the next few weeks. Hopefully we are a great fit.
Hello! I'm looking to meet one other housemate or to team-up with someone who is also looking for a two bedroom place to lease for 6-12 months (with the intention of staying-on for the foreseeable future). I'm flexible with the move-in date. I prefer the convenience and the easy commute to the city that Mascot/Erskineville offers (also considering beautiful brand new 2 bed apartments available there for around $750pw). I have all the bedroom furniture so for the rest I'm open to you bringing your own or to purchase as needed. About me: I work for a federal government department near Central Station in Surry Hills (standard 9-5hours). I'm sociable and loves a chat over a drink and to brunch out on the weekends. I'm very considerate and respects privacy. I love coming home to a clean, homely-home. Get in touch if this sounds like you!
Brazilian, 30yo. working full time. It's my third time in Australia and second time in Sydney. Looking for a place with a friendly environment, where we can have friends coming around on weekends or sometimes for dinner, or just enough freedom so that it can truly feels like home. I'm not into partying hard as I usually need to be up early for work, but sometimes it feels good to spend a night out. And I wouldn't mind if we sometimes get parties in the house. As I have a car, it would also need to be an easy to park area, preferable with car parking or off street parking. However, if it's easy to park on the street I'm happy to apply for parking permission. Looking for a place in a good level of tidy and clean. I don't feel that I'm too strict about cleaning, but things that usually bothers me are dishes sitting in the sink for long, leaving chopped food on the floor and/or dirty over after cooking. I just think that if everyone cleans the surrounding after cooking, kitchen will be always fresh and clean for whoever comes after, right? And with no cockroaches as well! I'm happy to share cleaning tasks or share cleaner costs.
I am trustworthy, sensitive to the needs of others, very particular about cleanliness, open-minded, straightforward---and just generally a pleasant person who's easy to get along with. I am a doctoral student working part-time who is looking for a PRIVATE ROOM that is 30 minutes away, AT MOST, from the University of Sydney. My weekly budget, as indicated in my profile, is a maximum of $240, ALL bills included.
PLEASE DONT CALL FROM FLATMATES ME IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME SEND ME SMS OR A MESSAGE. Looking for a private room in updated place, not shared - to call home. Ideally 1-3 people in the unit/ house only, at least 2 bathrooms in the house. Friendly, respectful and very tidy mature female. I'm currently working part time in the fitness industry. I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now and at the moment I am looking for long term accommodation. I am an international student and I'm almost finished with my course so I'm willing to pay a little bit extra for a new place. I NEED a room with at least DOUBLE BED. I hate single beds as I'm 5'10" and Im not going to settle for a small room for a big price. If the room is spacious enough I am willing to get my own bed. The area I'm interested in is preferably with great access to the city (close to train station) and surrounding areas by public transport due to the fact that I don't own a car. I like cooking and I'm prepping my meals in advance so I need a place where I am comfortable doing it without restrictions. Also, no stupid rules over not having friends or watching tv late at night or not using too much electricity. I wanna feel like home not prison. Thanks!
Hi I'm Lauren, a Sydney local looking for a place a bit closer to the city. Missing the hustle and bustle after returning to the Sutherland Shire from being in London for two years. Looking to move with my half English, half Dutch boyfriend who just returned from doing his 88 days of regional farm work for his 2nd year visa. I work in the CBD at a law firm (but not a lawyer), slaving away from 9 to 5 as you do. Boyfriend is currently looking for a job in Sydney. We both enjoy an active lifestyle and are both looking to widen our social circles in Sydney. We've got a car for road trips and days out and would welcome any flatmates who wanted to join us. We're both pretty easy going, clean but not clean freaks and are looking for a place long-term.
Well, I may as well use the prompts provided; I'm a barista, I love to read and write, and I'm from Adelaide although I have lived in Sydney for over 15 years. I'm looking for a decent sized room that'll accomodate a desk, a bookshelf, and a queen sized bed. I also hope to find a place that is already furnished with a washing machine, otherwise I'm pretty flexible. So, what makes me great to live with? Well, I honestly think I'm a genuinely nice person. I'm polite and kind and never make a point to seek conflict. I clean up after myself - you won't have to worry about fights when it comes to washing dishes - and I don't make it a habit of blasting music. I enjoy cooking and I'm not half-bad at it, so if you're looking to save money on takeaway food then I'm your guy. I love to laugh and I'm always willing to have a joke. I almost never drink alcohol so I won't be making a ruckus due to being drunk. Anyways, I think I've made this long enough as it is, feel free to contact me with any questions or offers you have. I will respond quicker on mobile, but I will do my best to respond daily on this website, thanks!
Hey! I’m from Wollongong but looking at moving to the city to be closer to work. I graduated uni last year after studying Computer Science and now work full time in the area of digital marketing. I enjoy checking out new cafes, live music, going out for drinks occasionally and meeting new people. I also like my own space and spending time outdoors in the sunshine! I am a clean and tidy person without being over the top. Looking for flatmates who enjoy similar things! :)
